SmartGames - Dinosaurs Mystic Islands, Puzzle Game with 80 Challenges, 6+ Years

My son loves dinosaurs and us adults love puzzles. Challenges for all ages. Only disadvantage to other games in this range is that it doesn't come with a carry bag to take on holiday, that would be my only suggestion to have a little drawstring bag to carry it around in, however, super educational toy. Great range overall.

Bought for a 6 year old's birthday and he loves it. In spite of initial frustration, once he understood how it worked, he got really into and has been playing several times per week for the last month. Hard enough to challenge his parents too

This is an awesome game which was used fairly continuously over Christmas. Suitable for both children and adults, very well made and the dinosaurs are very cute, it really stimulates thinking and problem solving.

Grandchildren enjoyed it. A good puzzle when they visit, both young and old Not easy to put away though

Arrived in good time and in good condition. Fun and challenging gift for my 6 year old nephew, but it also kept the adults entertained.

I love these problem solving games and so does my 4 year old

So we have a space edition of this and a penguin one. My kids love them and they are challenging but fun. Even the adults in the house are enjoying them. This dinosaur one sadly is not that good. We don’t feel that the booklet provides much challenge at the beginning and then the “harder” challenges just don’t make sense. Added to this, the trees have all snapped off easily and don’t glue back on so we are left with sharp stumps. Would not recommend at all. Look for a different type!

Nos encantan estos juegos. Son llamativos para los niños por su formato y por su temática variada. Los hay basados en cuentos clásicos ( caperucita, blanca nieves, los tres cerditos...), como temáticas que recuerdan a películas ( dinosaurios, el templo que recuerda a Indiana Jones, el Espacio...) que creo que pueden enganchar así más fácilmente a los niños. Desarrollan la lógica, la intuición, la concentración...Fáciles de transportar (esto es un gran plus para evitar el continuo uso de la tablet o el móvil por los niños mientras se está fuera de casa). Cada uno de ellos se adapta a distintos tramos de edad, hay para todos. La calidad de los materiales son buenos. Creo que valen lo que cuestan. Nos hemos hecho prácticamente con toda la colección desde los más sencillos de a partir de 2 años. Espero haberte sido útil.

We bought this for our nephew, and he LOVES it! He spent hours trying to solve all the puzzles and went straight back to it the next day. It's a really clever puzzle setup, and it definitely puts your spatial reasoning skills to work. It also teaches resilience, because you HAVE to solve these puzzles by trial and error. Some can take a while and you'll have to start over a few times, but the solution is never terribly far away, so it doesn't get too frustrating that you quit. The adults in the room found some of the advanced puzzles to be challenging, as well, but our nephew developed to the point where he could solve them faster than any of us after a few hours of playing at it
