They def run small I’m a large maybe 1x depending on where I buy from I had to buy 2x/3x but they fit amazing and I felt me sweating only worn once but I did love them just wish I new how to wash them ???

Order 2 sizes larger than you normally wear
The 2X/3X fit like XL for my wife, so they were too small. She typically wears size 18 and she could barely fit into these. The inside texture is similar to pleather, so it definitely will heat you up. She really liked them, just wished that they were a little bit bigger fit.

odd fly closure and resistance workout
The fly closure is hooks that are hard to hook once on so will have to hook them before putting them on by sliding the pants up. Trial and error on which hooks will be the right ones. It will take awhile to see if it trims me down. I will up date with testing over time.While walking with them on, it feels like I am working harder with resistance like you experience with resistance bands. It is cold weather, so it feels warm wearing them, but not sure I would say I'm sweating the fat off.Not sure I will wear them more than just casually around the house or to workout.

these smell like dead fish
Got these for working out. Getting them out of the package and they reeked! Smelled like dead fish. I'm guessing it is from the rubber like material inside to make them "sauna" pants but I can't get over the smell
