Is this suitable for diy with angle grinder or other power tools?

Angle grinder produces a lot of sparks, maybe better with a visor. But otherwise it would work. Beware of glasses this one is i bit tight, I had to put my glasses in prior, then very carefully put the whole contraption on.

Are these impact resistant? For drilling ? And flying debris etc

They are completely clear. They are very effective in keeping bits and pieces out of your eyes and also they fit comfortably over my glasses, although when I take the safety goggles off my glasses come too, but this is a very minor inconvenience
