I absolutely love this product!! The corduroy withstands my 80lb pitbull with no tears. Like other reviews suggested, let it sit out for almost a week before making it into a bean bag it expands to like 5 times its size!! So happy with the product. It’s also super comfortable opened up as a bed, great for kid sleepovers!

I was hesitant based on some of the negative reviews but I followed the video from the website exactly on how to unpack it. If you follow the video it fluffs Up in 24 to 48 hours exactly like the video says. It did take some time there are large clumps that you have to pull apart but once you have them pulled apart and let the mattress it it was quite large and fluffy. And as you can see in the picture of the beanbag is perfect as a bean bag and nice and large I have the full size. So as long as you follow the instructions I think you were fine I am really impressed and it’s perfect for our play room and now having a guest bed. My only disappointment I ordered navy and I got gray I wish they would send me the Navy but no one from customer service is responding to me.

Santa brought this to our 15-year-old and it was on point. In their words - "we ate this gift". It means, nailed it. So comfy, huge and great to study or nap on.... Best for her room as it can replace the fold out couch and doesn't allow for storing junk.

I have to start this review off by saying that if what you want is a nice mattress which can become a bean bag chair … this is NOT your product. In fact I don’t know if such a product exists. This is a chopped memory foam filled bean bag style chair. As an added gimmick, the foam container is in the shape of a mattress. In a pinch you could use this as a mattress for kids at a sleepover or something. As with any bean bag chair of this type, the foam container is by design lumpy. This is not some flaw. It’s just how chopped memory foam chairs work.Ok on with the review. As with any other memory foam product, I had to let it air out and fluff up over a couple of days. It Febreezed the cover and the mattress shaped foam container. I spent time rubbing the clumps out of the foam container and flipping the “mattress” to really plump up all the foam bits. After I had all the foam nice and plumped up with no clumps, I put the “mattress” inside the cover just as shown on YouTube. I did it by myself. Once I plopped into the chair, I found it very comfortable. The cover seems quite durable. The chair holds up (so far) to my two kids using it as a crash mat and the foam seems to be retaining its body. I’m happy with the chair as my expectations were for a nice bean bag chair. If that’s what you want, I think you will be happy.Now the price is on the high side and I do have to knock a star off because the company is only too happy to let people think they’re getting a viable mattress AND a comfortable bean bag chair in one. You’re not. As I said before, you’re getting a bean bag chair with a mattress gimmick.

This is not comfortable as a chair or bed. And once unboxed - it is huge & unwieldy. Amazon told me to “place in original box” & return. Impossible! So I called Amazon & was advised that UPS will accept and package. But no - the picture above is at my UPS store as they refused to accept. Despite the promises of the Amazon rep that UPS will box it, my return label had “Customer package item” written in tiny letters under the QR code. UPS said even if the return was UPS ship, they have no bag or box big enough pack it in. So now I have a huge piece of garbage, too big for a box, or my garbage can, and no way to return. Unbelievably frustrating!Update: after many more calls to Amazon, I was told to wrap it in plastic garbage bags & tape & UPS will pick up. It’s been on my porch a week now. No UPS pick up. No refund.

I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. I got it for my daughter’s new room…it’s a slam dunk! I also spent 32 hours of an online class sitting in that chair and it was awesome! Plenty of stuffing, friend slept over and said it was very comfortable. We do need to periodically roll it around to fluff it up (because of all the sitting and flopping down) but that’s to be expected given the design. Kids love doing that part anyway! Lastly, I also anticipated that it was going to be a giant pain to put the bed back in but it’s SO easy. Oh yeah, the cat approves!

I bought one of these as a spare bed for when guests come over. It’s way better than a fold out couch because who wouldn’t want a bean bag. The outside of the bean bag sack can also be washed which is nice.

Wish I never bought this thing.

Very comfortable and well made

I always wanted a large beanbag at home, and with this I have not been disappointed. I bought the King size, and it is very rewarding to own. First, it is very easy to set up. The box it comes in can be carried by one fairly fit person. There is a chemical smell, but that's to be expected. After extraction, the foam expands and becomes less coarse and more springy. The inner portion can actually be inserted into the corduroy skin by one person, even though all the videos show two people doing it. The corduroy case is high-quality and feels durable. The bag is actually pie-shaped, interestingly. As a bed, it is serviceable, but far from the best bed you've had. it's useful for guests staying a night or two, but anyone sleeping on it longer will probably not thank you for your hospitality. It just isn't firm enough to be a serious bed. This MIGHT be rectified by adding more filling, which brings me to the only drawback (not enough to take off a star): as has been said, it isn't full enough. You sink too deeply into it when sitting. I have ordered extra foam from CordaRoy's but really I shouldn't have to. Otherwise, fun, comfortable and impressive product.

We bought 2 of these bean bags, one for each of my sons ages 8 and 11. They are worth every penny. I’m very impressed by the quality and how easily it is to switch them between chair and bed. Great buy.
