I bought three , two units are not working and missing the installation rod

If they work they are great. IF….
Bought two. Both worked initially and provided good spotlight illumination as well as light time and appear well built for the price. However, after a 3 weeks of use, one of them has substantially dimmed and no longer delivers the same illumination and is effectively useless. And of course it’s after the Amazon return period is closed, so I can’t return…EDIT: Contacted Benbon (seller) by WhatsApp via the contact number here. They responded promptly and agreed to replace the defective unit, which they did within 24 hours. Very good customer service, much appreciated!

Product is a hit or miss but great customer service from the seller
Update:Changing to 4 stars as I can commend the seller's impeccable customer service. They replaced the faulty lights and delivered it to me free of charge.After reading good reviews, I ordered two of these. Sadly, they stopped working in less than a month. These are supposed to be weather proof so I don't know why they BOTH stopped working. Two other solar lights that I've bought a week prior to buying these are still working.
