Is this better than meat or shall I use biscuits.?

You'd have more success using a dedicated cat litter as opposed to biscuits and meat. However, if you are set on using biscuits in the litter tray I'd recommend crushed up Hob Nobs (they are the king of the dunk after all).

Can a soiled clump be flushed down the toilet (Uk)?

While the litter itself can be flushed, UK sewage treatment doesn't specifically treat water for toxoplasmosis (which can be found in cat faeces), so by flushing cat waste you may be putting people, especially pregnant people, at risk

Does anyone find this has now turned so very dusty ? Its awful ! Its now affected me and my cat and wont be able to buy again ..why the change ?

YES YES YES... 6yrs I've been using this with no problems till recently... Make sure you're getting the genuine stuff and not a copy... The copy is filled with MDF that just turns to sludge... The genuine stuff is pure compressed wood pellets.. MDF is not wood
