Best quality amino acid pills containing all of the necessary amino acids and even more! I feel that they give me quite a good boost while I'm working out and I feel less sore after a hard workout.They are quite big, a bit thicker than what I had beforehand however they are not quite as long as other pills were. I find it easier to break in two to swallow easier or just simply go for it as it is. Leaving a bad review simply because one cannot swallow it shouldn't impact the rating of the product, the product does the job, its your fault you can't swallow a damn pill :pExcellent and will continue buying when I run out of it ;)

You get a really good dose of all the amino acids you need and at what seems to be a pretty good price too.HOW TO SWALLOW !My advice is NOT to break them in half! The rough edge will make them stick in your throat! That's what happened to me anyway and I really struggled to get it down (a bit scary!) and it left me with a very painful throat for quite a few hours.taking them is now REALLY simple - I just chew them up in my mouth turning them into almost a past/liquid and then swallow them with water. They taste fine too, a little bit like unsweetened vanilla ice cream perhaps. perfect!

i do like this product and tge quantity is excellent for the price. but like many other reviews, the only issue with it is the size of the tablets. i can swallow tablets without any problem, but these are very large. if they made them smaller, it would help.there is a groove in each tablet if you wanted to break it in half, so that may help you consume them.

Everyone saying these are too big are taking them wrong! Don’t split them or chew them the most easiest way is to make sure tablet is pointing towards your mouth and don’t look up when you swallow but down with a gulp of water, so easy, look DOWN as you swallow, I had problems with it at the start cause I was looking up and decided to search up how to swallow large pills and you must look down and swallow no need to chug gallons of water, or cut them in half they scratch your throat! simply stupid, very good tablets otherwise 👍

The products effectiveness is good but the size of the oral tablets are a major choking hazard - to swallow this tablet you need to split it at least 4 ways because there's a high chance it will get lodged or damage your throat.

I have been taken these Amino Tablets for about 2 weeks and i have to say i have never felt so good.I take these at regular intervals through out day.But the most important time is while i am training.I have been bodybuilding for 2 years and have never seen the gains that i have seen in the last 2 weeks. I train differant body parts each day 5 days a week weekends off. I also take protein supps and eat a very healthy diet.Yes they are quite big but if you have no probs with big tablets they are great.I give them 5 stars thanks Amazon.

Get the obvious out the way first. The size is ridiculous and they taste absolutely disgusting. Don't try to half them and swallow they're still too big. Chew them and take with water. It works wonders.The pro's easily outweigh the negatives. If you can deal with the taste (which you get used to) this is a supplement that is cheap and will last about half a year.

WARNING !!These tablets are dangerous . Quite simply they are far too big for oesophagus or at least this is the case for myself .I have even stopped taking these tablets because each time I have very nearly choked taken them. Even when cut in half they are still a real task to consume. In order for me to swallow these I literally had to cut the tablet in two and then shave the tablet down into a smaller size .Please take heed of this review and do not do what I did .... which was to ignore the other warnings from other reviewers of the size of the tablets and but the product anyway . I thought they were exaggerating but they weren't at all - these things really are that big .It's a shame because I normally find ON products to be well made and decent but certainly not these.You have been warned !
