This product is off to a promising start! I have typical East Asian hair—jet black and very thick—so I needed to lather three times to fully work it through. After rinsing, my hair initially felt a bit brassy, but once I followed up with conditioner, it turned noticeably smooth and soft. The fragrance is absolutely glorious and really stands out. I also noticed very minimal hair fall—only about 2 strands during and after showering—which is a great sign for me. Overall, a great experience so far!

Omg! This has actually changed my life (I know that sounds a bit far fetched but it's true!). I had a nanokeratin treatment which was applied incorrectly & left my hair feeling damaged & brittle. After searching for a shampoo & conditioner which was sulphate free I stumbled across NYK1 so gave it a try. The results are amazing! My hair feels soft & silky with my hair looking so shiny. I'm thrilled that my hair is so easy to maintain & drys perfectly without the need to straighten it. So it's saved me time & money as it's not as expensive as a lot of sulphate free shampoos. It's left my hair no longer feeling heavy or static which some conditioners can do. The customer service is also excellent! The product arrived quickly & was packaged well with a few nice extra touches. I received a free pump with my order & the option of ordering another one for free. I was thankful of the pumps as the bottles are big (great value for money though) & it's not easy to get the conditioner out of the bottle so the pump is great. All in all a great experience, so much so that I am looking at ordering other products with the company. I like the fact it is a small family run company based in Britain! I would highly recommend the shampoo & conditioner.

I use this regularly as I find it is the best shampoo and conditioner for hair that has Keratin treatment. It lasts ages too. My hair dresser used to use a different Keratin shampoo but has also changed to this too after trying mine. Highly recommend. Good price too compared to some other brands.

These products came with two pumps that you could choose to use instead of the press lid despenser. Unfortunately, myself ,husband and daughter couldnt get them to work. Also the lid dispensers have small holes for the product to be despensed through. Because the product is quite thick, it doesn't easily move through the hole. The positive is, that the lid can be taken off to access the shampoo/ Conditioner. Another positive, i emailed the seller and they replied within hours, saying they would forward my message to the appropriate department. They also sent a video with instructions on how to use the pumps, but I couldnt open the link. The product itself is good.

I’ve tried a few different products for my keratin treated hair given this one isn't the cheapest, but I consistently come back to this product. It’s also better than the shampoos I have purchased from the salon. It makes my treatment last so much longer than other keratin friendly shampoos. The smell is lovely. It lathers well. Doesn’t make my hair greasy. It comes with a pump which makes it look like a luxury product in my bathroom. It’s great I don’t have anything bad to say about it.

The first time I bought this I absolutely loved both the shampoo and the very creamy conditioner. I was running low so re-ordered it in March but didn't start using it until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the conditioner was really watery unlike the first one. Gradually my hair started to feel very dry, like straw, and has gone a very brassy colour and my scalp is itchy. Looking at the reviews left by other people quality control seems absent. I won't be buying this again and what I've got left will be thrown away.

This shampoo is perfect for me bcs I wear extensions and have keratin in my hair constantly and this stops the keratin and the extensions from spoiling to coming out. My biggest issue is that there is no seal on this shampoo and it seems to keep coming at different consistencies. This has been the only shampoo I’ve used for almost 2 years and it’s really frustrating that they water it down at some point before it reaches me. It’s meant to be quite thick in consistency but it varies.

Je n'avais pas fait attention à la contenance... J'avoue avoir été surprise de voir qu'une cuillère à café est plus grande que le produit lui même (bouchon inclus) ... Pour le mode d'emploi, sortez la loupe. C'est écrit en gris clair sur du papier blanc. Je changerai ma note si je vois que l'efficacité du shampoing efface le prix XXL d'un produit XXS ...

Het product is in goede staat aangekomen en ik heb de shampoo vandaag uitgeprobeerd; hij lijkt goed te werken. 👍🏻

Este shampoo me deja el cabello increíblemente suave y hace que perdure en el tiempo mi Keratina.

El producto es de muy buena calidad en lo personal el olor me encanta pero dura poco 😕. Llevo 1 mes usando el producto y es super bueno, mi cabello se ve diferente sin frizz, liso, hidratado. Al principio el cabello me quedaba grasoso pero me di cuenta por mi peluquera que era porque no dejaba que el shampoo actuara su tiempo así que hay que aplicarlo al principio del baño y lavarlo al final y masajear bastante. Después me di cuenta que me quedaba reseco pero mi peluquera me dijo que aplicara un serum y aplique aceite natural de coco y la verdad después de eso mi cabello se ha vuelto una pasada. Esta super hidratado me dura mucho y se ve super genial. Lo recomiedo para cabello graso y grueso con frizz como el mio con el aceite de como o un serum
