Can't be beat for the money
This is a cheap, basic neck support and it works very well. A family member recently diagnosed with polymyalgia rhuematica found it very hard to relax whilst sitting. This has made life very much more comfortable, and I imagine it would be great for the traveller, too.I have seen a couple of reviews from customers who say the filling leaks out - but that cannot be correct, as the filling is actually a single piece of memory foam incased in a cotton bag. That is the filling. There are no little bits to leak, and I was surprised by reading their reviews. Other reviews were fine, so I trusted them, and my gut, and went ahead. Nice little item.

Memory foam is very firm
The memory foam is much firmer than I had expected. But after giving my old, bead-filled neck cushion to help my daughter, who is in hospital with a stroke, I couldn't find another bead-filled one :-( So this was the next best option I could find and it's OK.

The right amount of support
This is a brilliant product.The outer layer:It is very soft. It's removable by zip and washable.The inner:I believe it's the right amount of softness to not feel uncomfortable, and it is the right amount of firmness to provide support to the neck. This is personal preference though as I think it would be like buying a pillow - not everyone will like it.> One thing to note.. if you're wearing anything thick on the shoulders like a coat, or something with a neck collar attached to it, this neck support may not be comfortable to use; as for me it sits higher up and doesn't work.Hope this helps :-)

Great price and I did not expect this to be as good quality as it is, really thick and good memory foam, cover is thick and plus, comes with a zip so can be removed and washed! The cushion really is very farm, but not uncomfortable, would be good for supporting people with neck problems, may not be suited to those who want something really squishy. Excellent. Bought this as a gift for someone who will be travelling a lot and it will be perfect.
