I found these really helpful, I find I can keep off a few pounds easier when I take them. I had mild nausea when I started taking them but it was mild and faded after 2 to 3 days. They help regulate my energy levels, and taking them reminds me not to snack! Great product, and vegan too. Recommend these for that weight lost boost and general well-being.

I ended up sending these capsules back becasue they seemed to make me even more hungry! I was gutted to be honest . as I'm struggling to shift the last few pounds and as I exercise I was hoping these would work. Got my money back very very quickly, however. So an extra star for that.

Little gem of a product!I use to drink matcha tea daily, however never got use to the taste no matter what I tried.So when I came across these .. well that definitely made my morning routine far more enjoyableIt’s said that matcha helps with weight loss, not sure on that but stand by the help in energy, focus. If I missed a day it definitely notices, I loose concentration, I struggle with energy ...So if you want to try something that’s a pick me up and doesn’t leave you with the caffeine hangover these are good way to keep you going

I have been taking these for 10 days now and have definitely noticed improvement in my eating habits.I've been taking 2 of them a day around 30 minutes before dinner and it has allowed me to eat smaller portion sizes and not overeat like I was.They don't smell bad like a lot of other supplements and they have no after tasteOverall there's no negatives about them.As a vegetarian I find it hard to find supplements that don't contain gelatin. So I was very pleased to stumble upon these beauties. Very, very pleased with them.

These tablet are absolutely fab i love them i dont always like drinking green tea so these do the job for me they give you a boost of energy i will be buying again .

I absolutely love this product; having taken green tea supplements for many many years and due to COVID-19 I was unable to get to Holland & Barrett to get them as I was due to run out so thought my next best option was Amazon. So glad that I did because this product is easy to swallow, has no odour and didn’t repeat on me like previous tablets have. Coupled with the fact they’re vegan friendly (I’m vegetarian; however I am allergic to gelatine) so this company’s ethos is in line with my core values.
