Body Toning Women's Neoprene Dumbbell Set - Multi-Colour

Strong, handy storage box. Well presented. Comfortable to use. Recommended for those just starting to exercise with weights or those, like me, who used to work out but quit due to ill health. These are a great option for keeping your tone and your strength up. Easily stored. Clearly coloured different weight. Not heavy. Smallest size excellent for encouraging young children to exercise in a fun way along side the adult. Arrived in very short time. No excess packaging. A little expensive but as they are already used regularly by myself and my seven year old granddaughter, I can't complain. They are worth the extra as opposed to cheaper less colourful makes. Bright colours make them attractive to use.

I wanted a light set of hand weights for use as part of my Pilates programme and these do exactly what I had in mind. The case seems reasonably solid and is useful for keeping the set tidy when not in use. I like the clear labelling and colour distinction between different weights. The neoprene coating makes it easy to keep your grip, and the shape of the heads means the weights don't roll when you put them down. All together a good product I would recommend.

Really like these Ladies Weights, comfortable to use with a useful weighted range for light exercise. Nicely finished with a soft neoprene feel and attractive colours. I would give these Five stars but have lopped one off because of the carry case which is not robust enough and arrived damaged.

Excellent product, packaging great and lovely dumbbells of all the different sizes I ordered in lovely colours packed neatly in a lovely strong carry case which is very convenient to keep the weights dust free and also transport around easily. I particularly wanted weights in a case for the reason of being able to take them away with me if I ever stayed away overnight as I feel the ones on stands are difficult to do this with. Very pleased with the product and excellent customer services, excellent and exceptional which means I will order from Fit4Home again. Great for a beginner. Needed to strengthen my arm after breaking it Good that I can start to build up weight as my shoulder improves. Case is a good idea as opposed to a stand so they can be kept together and tidy. Well worth the money.

Perfect for kids

Although my wife bought these weights they are regularly used by both of us. Armed with a suitable guide to exercises these weights enable the user to progressively develop exercises safely and within their comfort zone. Start with the lightest weights and do not graduate to heavier ones until you are thoroughly at home with the exercises. This is the best way to maximise benefit at minimal risk of harm or injury.
