I installed this and initially wasn't sure how well it would hold up, but it turns out it holds up great! It comes with an adhesive pad and it's super easy to just stick it on and then mount it wherever you want it mounted. It's held up really well and looks sleek. Great way to save yourself some counterspace and get the paper towels off of the counter. Overall, it's a quality product for a good price.

So far using just the adhesive strip that it came with is working very well. My grandma moved into a travel trailer so there’s not many options for using screws, so this was a perfect solution and great for making counter space since we mounted it under her cabinet. It doesn’t look cheap and was easy to put up.

These work. Not high quality and at some point the adhesive will fail. I simply used super glue to reinstall. These paper towel holders are used in my garage and horse barn.

Just buy it! I got it for $7 on sale May 2025. I got the black, which is nice. -Good quality; I would’ve expected to pay probably double or ~$20 for it in stores. -Very simple to assemble, literally 2 screws to hold the base -Very easy to install. I used the 3M adhesive strip. But the directions (pictures) included both methods. - - I will say I was impressed with the fact that it came with screw hole covers even though it didn’t apply to me. - - side note: hold it up WITH the paper towels on it so you know your clearance for install Also I don’t write reviews but noticed many others have stopped too, unless they’re bots 🤔 so I decided to start again. Love the sleek design! Easy to mount and very durable. It’s very stable using the 3M adhesive under my cabinets without any hardware although it’s included.

Mounting platform allows for screw (included) mounting or double side adhesive (included) mounting. The mounting platform surface is large enough that the adhesive pad has a good foot print to adhere to. Be careful and certain of the placement of the mount if you are going to use the double side adhesive pad as the adhesive is quite strong and moving it would not be easy. Lastly this paper towel holder has no built in friction bar for one handed tearing of just a section of towel from the roll. If you forget this and try to yank a section of paper from the roll (done that) you may find yourself rolling 5-6 feet back onto the roll. A simple solution I use is to compress the paper roll to make the paper tube out of round and that helps to slow the unraveling of the paper towel roll.

Although I love that it saved a lot of space, was easy to install, and just looked great in my kitchen, the adhesive was not as expected. The moment I installed it, I already didn’t feel like it was going to hold because it just didn’t seem strong enough, and was working against gravity. Still, I loved that I didn’t have to put holes in my cabinet as I live in an apartment. However, after a month and a half, I instantly disliked it because it fell, and woke me up in the middle of the night as a result. The adhesive was still on the cabinet, yet detached from the holder. Disappointed.

I bought a pair to hang paper towel rolls under the cabinet above my shop workbench. I just wanted something simple and inexpensive as it doesn't have to look pretty. It comes with both double-sided tape as well as screws (with drywall anchors), so you can stick it on or drill it in. The double-sided tape has 3M branding on it, but I didn't use it so I don't know if its legit or not. The screws and drywall anchors were cheap, but would do the job for something as simple as this. I decided to screw it into a stud using my own construction screws. What is really nice about this is that it comes with EXTRA hardware. It came with an extra screw and anchor, and an extra cup washer and cover. Really handy if one were to drop one behind a workbench... The cup washers allow a flathead screw to be used (the most common type, and included) and still have good contact, and provide a base for the screw covers - they also fit my #8 screws just fine.
