Well worth the expense.
I was a bit worried about paying so much for a set of colouring pens, but they are well worth it. Lovely colours, and they really do what the advertisement says, although you have to practice a lot to get used to the way they work. I love and recommend them. Only one tiny drawback. They do bleed, even on card, so if you are using a colouring book, you will need a protective sheet of paper underneath. Altogether a great set of pens and I am glad that I took the plunge and bought them

Karma Chameleon
There is a learning curve for Chameleon markers, but once you get the hang of them it’s easy sailing. I have the skin tone ones so I know how they work but I mostly use them without the colour changing aspect and they are still great overall. Fast delivery and packaging was perfect. Amazon, always a pleasure to do business with.

Brilliant for colouring books!
I'm not an artist by any stretch of the imagination but bought these pens for my colouring books. I thought it might give them more of a professional look and I've been pleased with the results. I deliberated for ages on whether to start off with a small set of five to try them out first but decided to go for the full set in the end as I read somewhere that someone else had done this and then found they had wasted a lot of money when they went on to buy a bigger set as it had the colours they had already bought repeated. You don't need the colour tops with these pens as you can just hold the nibs of two pens together to get the same effect. As you have the whole set of pens you're able to get all the same colour combinations the colour tops would provide you with anyway. The set comes with tweezers and an extra set of nibs which is great for refilling when the time comes. I used Promarkers before this set and although I loved them, found them a waste of money in the long fun as they ran out of ink ridiculously quickly. This set offers the option of refills at a reasonable cost so it's a win win situation. The box it comes in is very smart and doubles up as a display box for when using them, and it also includes a separate blender pen (for erasing small mistakes and blending and lightening areas) and a normal black liner pen for drawing/detailing.The only downside to these is that they do bleed through the paper. Not a problem for one sided colouring books but they also bleed over the lines of designs on very cheap paper. I'm currently using them on a Klara Markova book and it works really well so I'd recommend this book if your'e interested in purchasing for colouring in.There are a great range of colours with greys, browns, natural tones, purples, blues, greens, oranges/yellow and pinks and reds. You've got everything you need here to make beautiful colouring pages. The fine brush tip for detail work and a thicker tip for larger areas. I wouldn't recommend using these pens for very large areas if you're going to use it in conjunction with the blender. They would be fine though if you're wanting to use just one tone of colour. The ink is streak free and lovely to work with. I'm so glad I invested in the full set. I know if I had gone for the smaller one I would be kicking myself right now. I've docked one star because they are very expensive!Tip: Although these pens are great for colouring I wouldn't recommend them if you like colouring very fine detailed work. The nib is very fine but it has it's limits.
