Dodgy batch
I purchased this having used it for many years and this one smells horrendous...a bad almost fishy smell... having read various reviews on the internet it seems there has been a bad batch... such a shame because this is usually perfect for my hair!

Didn’t define/keep curls.
Left me with a terribly itchy scalp (used 4pm Tuesday and by 5am itching had woke me and by 6 I HAD to get in the shower) I don’t usually react to products this way and have used others in the range before with great results so was hopeful. Dispenser is great. No crunch feeling, no grease feeling but also virtually no curl in the morning either (I have 2b/c curl) and very shiny super smooth hair.

Avoid. Use other John Frieda products mentioned...
Firstly, I am a massive John Frieda fan and loved the idea of this product; with naturally curly hair, anything that promises an easier life is a bonus find!! But I was really disappointed by this horrible, sticky foam. It's honestly like being at a foam party, and I have given up using it as it did nothing for my hair. The spray heat activated curling lotion and the traditional mousse are my recommendations. This is not.

Had high hopes for natural soft curls on my frizzy hair Followed instructions for recommended use It left my hair so dry & more frizzy than normal Very disappointed

Awful product!!!
I have fine, riglet hair. I used a substantial amount of product and I now look like Diana Ross!!! Don't buy this product to control frizz as it just exacerbates It!!! I now have to go to work looking like I've been dragged through a hedge

This did nothing positive to my bobbed, wavy, hair. It just left it dull and messy. Not a single curl. Total waste of money.

Not good!
Do not shake!!! Thought I’d give this a try but not as good as the mousse & kept lathering up like soap & had to rinse this out of my hair! Will stick to the frizz ease mousse in future!
