Sapphire Collection20 cm Non Stick Fry Pan,Black

I bought this to use instead of a thick bottomed pan which takes ages to heat up. This is good enough for cooking sausages & bacon. It will take 2 or 3 eggs if poaching or frying, 8 chipolatas fit nicely. Thin bottomed and lightweight and about the size of a side plate. cooks things quickly on low heat which is just what it was bought for. Slight smell of burning plastic at first (from the pan, not the food) but that has gone now. Easy to clean. It gets used almost everyday in a busy household and is holding up well so far.

Bought this to go camping in the summer and turned out to be a good purchase. Nice little pan that can make breakfast for 2 with ease, it's lightweight while being roomy too. We used it over a camping stove and also over the fire it performs well on both, no problem with food sticking or the non stick coating coming off. It's going to be my backpacking essential pan from now on!

For a very modest price, this pan performs well. Only myself to cook for so it is ideal, I don't need an expensive pan. As long as I take care with it, no problems.

The worst thing was the label on the bottom, but the glue burnt off, no problem.Nice and light pan, ideal for what I wanted.I ordered 4 so if I'm cooking for people with different tastes I can cook separate portions to please.One point though, don't use too big a gas ring ring because the smell of charred pan handle is not nice.However, that was my fault and at the price you can't go wrong. With the warranty they are a good and very cheap purchase.Remember that it is not being sold as a professional pan.

Feels a bit flimsy after what I'm used to, but a good size & very lightweight.

So I saw nothing wrong with thr pan when it arrived but when I used it I realised it was actually problematic. I put it on the burner in the centre and placed my egg in the pan and it fell off the burner and hot oil went everywhere. Just make sure it's perfectly central and you don't let go of it when using it.
