Q: Is this Vegetarian please?

Well, I've just had a look at a spare, unopened bottle & it doesn't say it's suitable for vegetarians but the browning ingredients are Colour: Ammonia Caramel; Glucose Syrup & Salt. I guess you could phone them to ask on 0800 1577032 9.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hi, reading from the label the ingredients listed are:- Colour: Ammonia Caramel, Glucose Syrup, Salt. Hope this helps.

please explain fodmap. I have never come across this term before. All I can say is the product does not contain MSG and I have used it for the past 20 years and I try follow an addative free diet.
