Thera-Band Exercise Band, blue, 2.0 m

Arrived swiftly. I chose blue with difficulty, thinking it would be the tension I would be happy with. I could have done with the next harder colour, but I think not all producers make the strength to a given standard.

Perfect. I also bought non theraband bands but they were not as stretchy as these and ended up buying twice. These are worth the extra in their quality.

I believed that as this was a blue theraban it would have a reasonable resistance as blue is usually one below black.These bands seem to be very thin and didn't offer massive resistance. I was still able to use them in the session I bought them for bit just not the best resistance

These bands are OK. As an exercise tool I'm not a huge fan of them but for certain rehab exercises they are a handy thing to have in your bag. Beware though - 2 metres doesn't go far. I could really do with a roll of this stuff.
