Top quality, delicious, I need bigger spoons

Excellent for bread making.
Bought specifically for making my bread. A loaf made with a high proportion of wholemeal flour is more springy and moist when this malt is added. I dissolve a large teaspoonful of malt in hot water, let it cool then add to ingredients prior to kneading. It also makes a delicious bedtime drink....dissolve a very generous teaspoonful in hot milk.

Lovely thick molasses.
I like this molasses as one of my ingredients of a malt loaf I bake, it gives a terrific flavour to it.

Took me back to my youth whether NHS supplied free extract for all children under 5. Excellent quality and value nice and sticky

Strange flavour that I can't get used to
This kinda tastes like a mix between honey and jam, but I'm not a fan at all. I purchased this as I heard it helps with loose poops. It didn't make any difference though.
