Great value
I have many Dewalt products but was attracted to this grinder because it is a total package at a good price. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I had a big job and I used the tool for multiple days. The battery was fully charged when it arrived and still has plenty of charge left. The battery has a charge indicator so you know exactly how much charge is available.

Misleading
I searched for 20v Dewalt max xr grinder and looked through the top few listing. This one was listed in the top 5 results. So I ordered it presuming it was what I searched for since it looks like a Dewalt tool. Unfortunately it was not Dewalt and it is only 18v.Not sure if this this was caused by Amazon or if it was the seller that made this so misleading. I will not be using the tool as I will be returning it for a full refund.

Missleading
Misleading, I searched for Dewalt angle grinder and this poppped up within the first page so I ordered it thinking it was a Dewalt. Same color and lettering is too small to read on the picture so I assumed it was a Dewalt. I have Dewalt tools with many batteries and will not be using this tool and will be returning it. I will be purchasing from a store since Amazon lets this come up when you search for Dewalt. NOT HAPPY becausae i needed to use this today!

Budget mid-range grinder, Makita knockoff, average generic build quality
Got this Lagatuns Cordless Angle Grinder for use in a small workshop for metalworking and woodworking projects.Design is decent, a mid-range generic Chinese knockoff resembling a Makita XAG04Z, plus 3 speed settings, minus the higher build quality and corded-like performance of that higher end grinder. The blow molded case is mostly good but has a flex hinge on the back marking it as lower quality by design, mechanical hinges last longer.Build quality is fairly decent generic brand. Head assembly looks like cast metal instead of machined from a block, less metal than a real Makita, with larger vent holes which seems like a good idea for cooling until you consider what an angle grinder is used for and how easily debris will collect inside this machine. Plastic casing feels like dense nylon with thin rubberized grip, fairly good. Grinder with guard and side handle weighs a bit over 3.4 lbs, 5.5 lbs with battery. Battery is a large boxy block, 4.5 L x 3 W x 3.5 H inches, weighing a bit over 2 lbs, has a test button with 3 LED's. Guard is decent, fairly thick metal, Makita style latch. Side handle is mediocre, tube style with a hex slot for a bolt, no washer to distribute load, it's simple but can snap off if the plastic is too thin (I can't tell), that risk increases if the head gets too hot. Included wrench is decent, but loose (no side handle storage). Included discs are bulk budget type, cheap grinder discs are alright but use extra safety precautions with cheap cutting discs. Hard to guesstimate service life but my feeling is around 3 years of light duty use, e.g. occasional workshop production use, or most weekends for a hobbyist or home DIY - not long in daily heavy duty use.Functionality is decent for this price point, works well. This is solidly a mid-range grinder, has fairly good power, more than most older style brushed cordless grinders. Large battery and brushless efficiency gives it fairly long runtimes, vaguely 30min to 45min but varies a lot by work task and aggressiveness (I don't do flywheel time tests, its meaningless). This is compatible with Makita 18V li-ion batteries and I think I saw a performance increase with a generic make of a 9Ah battery. This is also fully compatible with Sarred 20V batteries and partially compatible (won't lock in) with Avid Power 20V batteries, both are similar budget generic brands, and the Sarred grinder head assembly is identical to Lagatuns (albeit paint differs). I like the 3 speed modes, I wish others did this too and it is easier to do with brushless motors, but it's actually a rare feature among mid-range grinders. I don't really like thumb switches, especially on grinders capable of longer runtimes, my preference is 2-finger trigger or paddle, but as a Makita knockoff this uses the same style switch. No performance problems.Price point of $135.99 list is high, $125.99 sale is still a little high among generic brand knockoffs with brushless motors, but with that nice 30% off coupon this is a good deal at $88.20, competitive with brushed grinders.Note this product is marked made in China, has a barcode label with Chinese characters, and has the hallmarks of being a Chinese product, the product page claiming country of origin is Switzerland is almost certainly incorrect.Overall, 4 stars, budget mid-range grinder, Makita knockoff, average generic build quality.

Functions quite well
This grinder really gets the job done. I used it to do some grinding when removing a stripped bolt and it was easy to hold and quite precise with the cut I made. I've found the battery has held up after multiple uses without needing recharged.
