Can this be used for Laundry whites?

Well you could ,but the tablets are strong bleach .I use it to keep my large tea mugs white inside.i also use it on dish clothes .If you use it on whites it might wear the fabric quickly. I would not use it my white Laundry.

I personally wouldn't use this on any food!! This is a very strong chemical and I wouldn't want to ingest it under any circumstances. I would only use this for cleaning floors or sanitising a paddling pool etc.

Can it be used for washing hand?

No it can't be used to wash hands. For floors, Toilets, Sinks!

What size are the tablets?
