It’s perfect except
Amazing product just goes rusty very quick due to it just being raw metal.

Accurate tri-square
Bought it to set up a sliding mitre saw. Adjusted the blade with this for perfectly square cuts.

Would be a good item if it had been set at 90° instead of 88½°
This looked like a decent item at a good price but on first checking on a surface plate I did what I do most people do who are trained engineer's I put it to the edge of the plate and scribed a line then turned over the square and scribed a second line starting at the same point as the first and when I looked there was almost a 2mm gap at the end of the line having a 2mm gap after only 150mmif I had extended the line the gap would just get larger. I have to say I have only heard of an engineer's square being out of square once before when someone was checking a item he had been grinding to square of the end and he managed to grind the square at the same time as the item he was working on. I think the best thing I can do is place this in the rubbish bin with a message on both sides stating not square in indelible ink.

Does the job
Does the job and is precise but looks a bit poor where the two pieces meet - purely cosmetic and does not detract from accurate measuring.
