Excellent works as expected, my only criticism is that the buttons are very sensitive to touch and you often find you have passed what you are searching for, especially with fast forward.

Only thing that is required is to program for volume, not difficult.

I ordered this remote control as my original remote had been overused. The keys had worn out. I didn't realise how much till I got the new one. A few hours after ordering the newcremote I had second thoughts. Technology is not my forte. I worried that I wouldnt be able to program a new remote. I subscribe to Amazon prime which has saved me a fortune. You should all look into subscribing. Anyway I was really scared that I wouldn't be able to program the new remote. When it came I put in the batteries and it worked with no programming. I was really shocked but relieved that no programming was needed. Hurrah for Amazon. You really should join you will save a fortune. I'm so glad I joined as I have saved so much. If you subscribe to Amazon you get so many other benefits like prime now. Order what you want and it will be delivered within 2hours. You can't get better than that. Join Amazon and save afortune.

I read the reviews on this before purchase and the product lived up to its billing. Arrived very quickly and took over from the old remote without any need to reprogramme. One small niggle was that there were no batteries with the pack which other reviews had led me to believe would be included. No real problem as I had the batteries from the old remote. Great service and identical to Sky's at nearly a third the price!

Yes I have an old sky box . This remote is great . Works well. I can watch just the free channels , no problem.

It arrived promptly and well packaged .... and it was definitely MUCH cheaper than other websites or SKY itself. Luckily I had checked with a Professional TV Fitter first and they said before purchasing make sure it is a Sky PLUS controller as there are different types ... seems obvious with hindsight - but I may have got it wrong without that advice - as there is no checking procedure when making the order.I didn't know that there is a more complex method of setting up the controller with the Sky Plus Box once the batteries have been out for more than 10 minutes - so it took a phonecall to SKY to sort it out. But that's perhaps the fault of SKY rather than the supplier of the Remote Controller? But then there were no instructions with it - so bear that in mind!It's all working OK now and I'm very happy to have an extra controller in the kitchen!! I would mark it 9.5 out of 10

This is a perfect replacement for my old remote control. You may need to search the web for a code, that will not be a problem..

Ho acquistato un telecomando inutilizzabile in quanto non compatibile con il decoder HD.Questo aspetto non era precisato al momento dell'acquisto.

Da wir hier in Deutschland sind und die meisten Menschen entsprechende Geräte besitzen ist es blöd, ein Gerät zu verkaufen, dass nur auf der Insel, bzw. mit britischen Geräten kompatibel ist, ohne dies deutlichst zu kennzeichnen. Dies ist eine Verschwendung von Ressourcen, die nicht nötig ist. Ein unnötiges Hin- und Hergeschicke, da das Teil natürlich zurückgegangen ist.Vielleicht hofft man auf Käufer, die zu träge sind, das Gerät wieder zurück zu senden, aber die sind dann selbst Schuld.
