The quality of this male to female hdm extension cable is fabulous. It is not flimsy. It is quite thick which makes it very strong and well made. I bought this for the fact that it was an “amazon’s choice item” and I hoped that I would not be disappointed. I was not. I do not like to purchase things that are cheap for the mere fact, you most definitely get what you pay for. Well amazon, I am impressed with your choice and I signed back up to prime because I wanted this product right at that moment, however, next day delivery had, to suffice and surprisingly it actually arrived whilst I was getting ready for work, and Voila!! I installed it very quickly and painlessly. I was so pleased with myself😁😁 My 7 year old grandson and my daughter were very happy to be able to watch a little tv after a hard days at work, upon completion of his homework and before bedtime. 👏👏👏 Well done you...

I've purchased plenty of AmazonBasics HDMI cables over the years and I was in need of a male to female connection as I built a false chimney breast that my tv was mounted to. This worked perfectly but was tested prior to being cabled in behind the fake wall to be safe. Great product for a great price and does exactly what its meant to do with zero fuss.

These cables were as described and delivered very quickly. I needed the extension cables because of new furniture which resulted in me requiring a longer cable. There has been no loss in picture quality and it connects into the original wall cable very easily. The cable is nice and thick but a,so very flexible. When finished with it rolls up very easily and tucks behind unit. Definitely recommend and give this item 5 stars

Very handy to have plugged into a spare HDMI socket on your TV and then fed round to the front if it's awkward to get to the back of your TV. That way if you need to plug something in temporarily its easy. Also great if you have an HDMI TV Stick like a Roku, Chromecast, FireTV etc. and want a better WiFi signal by positioning the device in a better position like higher up. I bought two, one for each of the reasons above!

I bought this purely to move my firestick TV device to a better reception location.... I've just run the cable around from my bedroom TV via a shelf and hooked over curtain rail and reception has improved from fair to very good. I can confirm that this does what it says and extends a HDMI connection with no problems and should work with anything you connect via it (haven't checked 4k as I don't have it but I honestly don't think you'll have any problems if that's what you are looking for)

Excellent product.we used to remove HDMI cable all the time from the TV to swap it with XBOX and CABLE TV, which would sometime cause your HDMI port on frequent use. This will bring lots of relief as we dont need to remove the HDMI cable now from the TV and can easily do the swapping on the other end of the cable..nice product...especially when you can't access the other HDMI ports of the TV you have..

I was facing issues with WiFi reception for my FireTv Stick 4K Max, i was getting just 40-45 Mbps despite of having a 200 Mbps Airtel broadband connection which mostly provides me with more than 200 Mbps of 1:1 speed But for my FireTv Stick it was not the case as it was hanging behind the TV, and the WiFi router is placed in a room which next to the room behing my TV so the signal was patchy for the FireTv stick I ordered this HDMI Cable extension because it is 6 feet long and comes at a reasonable price, infact dirt cheap i would say. Now the FireTv Stick is moved from behind the TV to side of the TV and closer towards the wifi router. I ran the speed test on FireTv and to my surprise the speed went above 200 Mbps for both download and upload. The difference in browsing and watching the content was instantly visible. Even 4K videos start playing instantly in YouTube and now there is no lag even while forwarding the videos. I know that it has nothing to do with HDMI cable but the performance is improved only because i cluld move the FireTv Stick using this extension cable. The quality of the cable is very premium, built is great and look amd feel is also awesome. Its supporting 4K videos at 60 fps and Ultra HD with HDR contents flawlessly. Was never expecting this quality and performance for an HDMI extension cable at this price.

For me this is a simple, affordable, space-saving solution to easily move my monitor cable from my work laptop to my home tower PC when necessary. Before, I was using a Tripp Lite KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) to toggle between the two computers, but that switch stopped working after about a year and a half. If I had to move peripherals back and forth between the two computers multiple times a day, I'd probably get the KVM fixed or replace it, but I don't. Also, I didn't like the KVM much anyway: It creates a huge, unwieldy mess of thick, stiff cables. So for my purposes this is actually a lot more practical. The three-foot HDMI extender is the perfect length to reach from the back of the tower (under my desk) to the physical desktop. The keyboard is easy to move because the tower has several handy front USB ports, and I have separate mice for each machine. Back to basics! This cable seems to be a great value as well.
