Q: I've used this product before and it went on very easily. i recently purchased again and it this time i have to press really hard. what can i do?

Mine goes on easily. Is it a different color? Did you buy from the same company this time? Sometimes people set up counterfeit stores on Amazon.

Q: Is this product tested on animals?

NO it is not. jane iredale is certified cruelty-free by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics' (CCIC) Leaping Bunny Program, the leading internationally respected animal protection group for cruelty-free certification.

Q: how would somebody use the white pencil?

Also, many use it on the lower water line to make their eyes appear more open, less red and more awake. I'm not a fan of white. I prefer nude. I've used Marc Jacobs pale pink. I really like it, but those retractable pencils are $28 and they only last a few weeks!!! It's pathetic! I've had the entire "lead" fall out within the first few days! I've purchased 3, no more! I've given them the last $100!
