Jabra Halo Smart Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Blue

Third one no more. First was a present right ear stopped working thought might have been somehow me. Replaced with second which lost taking son to school. Third time lucky no!Battery getting low put on charge unplugged in morning only for the right ear not working. So unhappy these gave a quality sound, clear speech output to a caller, comfortable and wires being magnetic kept out of tangling etc. Being blind and needing hearing these could be kept in a singular or stereo when practicable I intend to write not only to Jabra but the seller as I now have to mono headsets but not through design. Interestingly, I wonder if other customers have experienced this phenomina.

The sound is great, the battery life is great, but these headphones are simply not robust enough for real world use. After <6 months, the rubber is coming away from the body, the right earbud is beginning to fail and there are many similar reviews. The ear gels are too small too, but you can get replacements. the New Bee ones work well. Really disappointed in this from Jabra. I hope their customer service can remedy the situation.

I loved these headphones. The quality of the materials and the solidness of the build was astounding for £25. They sat so comfortably around my neck, I’m 6’3 and 20 stone with a 20” neck and I could not feel them on at all. They just ooze class, from the little vintage at turn on, the connection was easy, the controls were well placed and easy to use, the sound is, I think, amazing for the price. However..... I had to send them back as the right ear piece just wouldn’t stay in my ear. They have why I call tbone style ear pieces and these are quite chunky. I tried several different buds all to no avail. If these came with the standard bud type ear pieces they would be absolutely perfect. Alas, it was not to be. But I highly recommend them if you know your ear can take the t-bone style ear piece, you really won’t be disappointed!!

The good: strong battery life, decent sound (music) good sound (voice), pretty good Bluetooth range The individual: earpieces are either comfortable or not The less good: the neckpiece is quite hard and uncomfortable, the cable from neckpiece to ear is very short and also sensitive for pulls. After less than a month of use, button controls are spotty, the connection between battery/receiver lump and one of the earpieces is loose and only works when holding it. Verdict: Would return the item if I could, but will try to fix the loose connection with some isolation tape.

UPDATE: they just stopped working after 3 months. They didn't turned on anymore, and my use was very casual, no sport or gym. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Jabra should be a good brand, you cannot sell a product which value is aroun 50 pounds and it lasts 3 months. I hope was just a case, but I read that a lot of bluethoot headphons just die after some time. This in addition to the problem with the earbuds falling easily from your ears I update my review to 2 stars! ORIGINAL: I bought this kind of product because I couldn't bear anymore the fact that normal headphones kept falling out of my ears when I was moving too much, or when they were constrained from something. Buy a product like this should solve the issue since you don't have anymore the "inertia" of the long cables and the headphones should fit perfectly in your ears. Even though, in some situation, still I have problem with the headphones exiting a little bit from my ears. This is the only issue. For everything else the product is really awesome. If the headphones are correctly fit in your ears the quality of the sound is amazing, I was really surprised! The battery is long lasting and the magnetic feature of the headphones is very comfortable.

I gave this product five stars because of its quality, sleek design, exclusiveness, amazing sound and the mobile app that comes with it. The sad part is, the Jabra Halo Smart that I bought stopped working just after four months of my purchase. I am now kind of lost and know where to go, who to talk too. I was almost on my last stages purchases to Jabra Solemate Max (upgrading from Solemate) until this happened. I hope someone can get in touch with me now and find a solution for me.

The good things: - the earbuds are really good at cancelling the ambient noise - it does sit comfortably around the neck and the lack of wires is refreshing - the duration of play is impressive, easily goes the whole day playing music and calling The shockingly bad things: - It can pair with only device at a time. So if you have it paired with an iPhone and now want to use it on your iPad, you need to do a reset. - And if you want to go back to your previous device, you need to first wipe it from the Bluetooth settings, and then do another reset on the Jabra. - Won't pair with a Mac. - Audio quality is far inferior to wired, cuts out sometimes even though the phone is just in my pocket. - The mic is too far away sitting on the neck, and also has a tendency to rotate around the neck meaning the other party will just hear you faintly. - The mic can easily get hidden by clothing, collars especially, again muffling the sound for the other party. - The controls are not the easiest to locate, again if collars start getting in the way (jacket, jumper, shirt collars)

I have had two different LG headsets and I loved the first pair (Tone + HBS300), and hated the second pair (HBS900). This pair of headsets are better than the HBS300 for battery life which is amazing (2 work days of constant music play without running out of juice), as good for connectivity, sound quality, comfort of wear and functionality, but I like the way that the cables stick out of the headset less. Compared to the HBS900 they are head and shoulder above as LG ruined the battery life on these as well as making multiple connections on the same headset work a lot worse. Ultimately I can highly recommend these for whom the sound quality is not the most important, but who wants all day performance as well as being able to connect two phones at the same time with no issues.

Je suis de longue date un utilisateur de casques bluetooth 'tour de cou' puisque j'ai déjà eu les HGS-700 et 760 de chez LG. Je possède également un Jabra Rox. 1. Qualité du produit. Nettement supérieure aux HBS LG malgré le nombre de versions de ces derniers. En terme de design et de fonctionnalités ce casque est supérieur. La qualité de fabrication est bonne. L'ergonomie par contre est juste correcte, Jabra ayant fait des écouteurs aimantés plus design que fonctionnels. 2. Qualité pour la téléphonie Excellente. Les voix sont claires et détaillées. De même mes interlocuteurs m'entendent distinctement, à mille lieux du micro pourri des casques HBS - toutes versions. 3. Qualité audiophile : de mauvais à moyen. C'est en-dessous des LG HBS et - surtout - à des ANNNEES LUMIERES en dessous des Jabra Rox. La stéréo semble absente tant la scène est étriquée, les basses sont TRES artificiellement gonflées, les mediums absents et les aigus étouffés. À la limite de base ce casque peut servir à écouter du Dubstep, mais pour tout le reste il faudra passer par un equalizer tant le son est déformé artificiellement vers le bas du spectre. 4. Conclusion J'ai acheté ce casque parce que l'autonomie du Jabra Rox laissait trop à désirer pour mon utilisation, mais il n'a clairement pas la même qualité audio. Ceci dit comparé aux HBS de LG il est bien meilleur en confort et qualité téléphonique. Si vous cherchez un tour de cou confortable avec une bonne qualité de micro et une bonne autonomie pour passer des appels téléphoniques c'est clairement - au tarif actuel - l'un des meilleurs produits sur le marché. Maintenant si vous cherchez un casque audio bluetooth offrant un son de qualité et fidèle préférez les Jabra Rox - qui sont absolument nulles pour la pratique sportive mais sont vraiment excellentes au niveau audio. Je mets 4 étoiles parce que j'inclue le prix inférieur à 50€ dans l'évaluation. Mais pour sa parie audio ce casque mériterait 3 étoiles maximum.

Audio perfetto, nessuno più si è lamentato di sentirmi male quando usa l'auricolare. Durata incredibile, usandolo in orario d'ufficio si arriva tranquillamente alla settimana di autonomia.

Please avoid buying this product, the product performance is good but the quality of materials is so bad that something happened with swithes and is not turning on or charging properly and the seller is not providing any warranty and after 6 months of usage the Heaphone is almost useless.
