Good addition to Exercise Regime
I bought this after we had used the ball at my Pilates class. It's a good piece of fitness equipment and I am pleased to say it's used on a regular basis. Initially it's a bit of a challenge when blowing up the ball to put the stopper in while stopping the ball from deflating. The trick is to keep your finger on the hole , it took a couple of goes to get this right. There is not any exercises with the ball which if you haven't used it at a class might be a drawback. However, You Tube have some good videos. Would recommend it as a good addition for your exercise regime

Excellent small yoga ball or chi ball
I use this ball for chi-ball exercises. It has a textured surface making it easy to hold on to in a range of movement. It holds its shape when it has less air for softer resistance. My husband also uses it for mobility exercises and we are both pleased with the texture and soft resistance of the ball.
