good price and good product, I put one scoop in with two scoops of protein and water and makes the protein taste much nicer. Slight grainy texture but overall pretty good.

Great oats. I use them daily to make my own gainer with whey, instead of buying a gainer pre-made mass gainer, as I can vary the proportions how I please. Mixes well in a blender, but you get a good hand workout if you shake it yourself. Will buy again.

If you’re looking to put on weight, this product is fantastic. 1 shake in the morning and 1 before bed and you will see a steady weight gain. However...they taste awful! Don’t taste like chocolate at all, actually quite bitter. But I have ordered them 4 times so the results are worth having to drink it. Would love it if the taste was improved on.

I was looking for a healthy, filling breakfast that was easy to enjoy on the go. I was apprehensive about this before buying but was pleasantly surprised. It tastes exactly like chocolate porridge! [I use 200ml skimmed milk rather than water]. It is nice to get the sweet hit whilst knowing it will fill you up and be relatively healthy. Will definitely buy again when I am finished!

Really good for money but need a good shake or blending. Not bad taste. used to replace lost meals when to busy to sit and eat. It gave me energy.

It's marketed as porridge, but it is not... It's just lumpy protein powder. Straight in the bin :(

Excellent addition to protein mix on training.Also very good mixed in soups/stews for thickening.Also good in smoothies.

Wow...where to begin? If you are expecting something that looks, tastes, smells or feels anything vaguely like traditional porridge oats, then this product may NOT be for you.The first thing I noticed was the bag. It was weirdly avant garde for a porridge container. I tore off the "tear and share" strip and was greeted by a fine plume of dust - so fine it was like mist. It settled in a thin layer all over the kitchen work surface. Be careful when opening!When I peered curiously into the bag itself I found myself astonished by the contents. It was filled with an off-white powder like the finest talc you've ever clapped eyes on.I read the instructions, which ended with a dire warning not to exceed the recommended daily dosage. Whaaaaat? A dosage warning on porridge?I followed the instructions to the letter by adding a very precise amount of the powder to a very precise amount of the milk. I won't spoil the fun by telling you what you are asked to do with it next, but trust me; you've NEVER made porridge like this before. Well, I haven't. Maybe I need to get out more.The texture, appearance and taste is almost identical to that of slippery elm food; a nutritional supplement which is sold in a very large chain of health food stores throughout the UK. I like slippery elm food. Hence, I liked this product. And I'm sure its very healthy, too.So, why my low score? For one reason only. Despite this being a healthy, good quality product, it bears no relationship whatsoever to the porridge oats thay have sustained homo sapiens for millennia.Imagine if I took an antique desk and fed it into a wood chipper; I might end up with some extremely quality wood chips, but I'd never be so bold as to try and convince a potential buyer that he was actually purchasing a desk.This product has gone through an incredible refining process. Try and think of it as the oaty equivalent of a protein shake. If you are a fitness fanatic who wants to eat porridge whilst lying to your mates about, "This is what they eat on the International Space Station, you know. They also took it to the moon with them." then go for it. This is porridge for the 23rd century. I'm still stuck in the 20th, so this is way too much of a change for me, sorry.

Da ich mittlerweile die Nase voll habe von jeglicher Art von Haferflocken, diese jedoch eine super Kombination aus Kohlehydraten und Protein bilden, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, sie diesmal feingemahlen in meinen protein shake einzubinden.Ich war anfangs wirklich erstaunt, wie du das klappt.Klar, man muss den Shake etwas länger schütteln, damit sich auch der letzte Klumpen löst, aber wenn man das macht, erhält man einen sehr guten Shake.Das Haferflocken Pulver löst sich relativ gut auf und verändert den Geschmack des Shakes kaum.Der ganze Drink wird im gesamten etwas cremiger aber wie gesagt, man schmeckt keinen Unterschied.Ich habe mir direkt 2 Beutel a 2kg bestellt gehabt und werde in Zukunft öfter mal auf diese Variante zugreifen.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. 👍🏽

Ich hatte mir die Instant Oats der Firma The Protein Works vor allem wegen des günstigen Preises und den Angaben des Rohstoffes gekauft. Unter 6 Euro für 2 Kilogramm sind sehr günstig. Der Hersteller wirbt mit Schottischen Hafer, welcher auch von MyProtein verwendet wird. Zum Glück wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Der Geschmack ist top.Angenehmer Geschmack und kein bitterer Nachgeschmack Die Oats lösen sich auch perfekt auf. Keine Rückstände im Shaker.
