How long do they stretch?

They stretch to approximately 20 inches/50 centimeters.

Needed for Abflex exerciser, are they strong enough ?

I have found these very strong. They are very reasonably priced so worth a try.

What is the circumference length when the band is laid in a circle please ?

The circumference of the band in its normal unstretched state is 29.4 cm (measured by laying it flat it's 14.7 cm so double that for the circumference). I have just tried a stretch test and it went to 128 cm without breaking (measured as 64 cm and doubled for a circumference). It did not return to 29.4 cm it's now 31.0 cm. I don't know if this extension is just temporary or permanent, my guess is it's just temporary. In its unstretched state the band is 13 mm wide and approx 1 mm thick. Hope this helps.

Would these be big enough to stretch round a computer chair?

Hi Davie E ... I bought them to go round the 'inner' bin of a bin in the kitchen - ie to hold the bin bag in place, as the bag kept slipping down into the the bin - it's perfect for that (have only used one of the 10 bands so far!) ... I would think the band WOULD stretch round the chair BUT, if it doesn't, simply tie TWO bands together and they certainly will ... hope this helps! Cheers !

Nothing exciting but they are effective.

They are rubber bands.. Nothing to get overly excited over but they are sturdy and haven't had one break on me so far! So I guess they are 'Good' rubber bands if there is such a thing.

They are what I have been looking for. Use for larger files or A 4 size stuff. Am pleased with them. Seem good quality to me.

These are so useful

These extra thick rubber bands are so useful. They are strong so perfect for my use. Arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend these for so many purposes over thinner bands which snap easily.
