That fact is not stated on the box. However, this toy is intended for children aged 3+ (as it does say on the box), who are unlikely to put the parts in their mouths. So it's a judgement call by the purchaser. Great toy, BTW.

The advert says it has a useful storage tub - but no picture. Can you please confirm

ooh I cant remember a storage tub to be honest.... all I can remeber was taking it out of this plastic suitcase type of bag thinggy and then putting it into a plastic container thing I brought.... In all honesty I cant remember, but I have to say that there is so much you can do with this... My older boys started to make little building blocks with this and my now 6yr old started doing it as well... it does give you hours of fun if your the creative type.. but dont get put off if there is no storage tub... and I really cant remember one
