Product description Down To EarthTM AZOMITE, the "A to Z Of Minerals Including Trace Elements," is a natural trace mineral product formed from the dust of an ancient volcano in central Utah. DTETM AZOMITE can improve root system growth, crop yields, quality and flavors. The slow-release format is virtually dust-free and spreads easily on fields, garden soils and lawns or can be blended with other fertilizer materials as a trace mineral resource to help meet plant nutritional needs. It can be applied directly or in combination with composts, fertilizers, manures or soil inoculants. Directions Incorporate 2-3 tbsp per gallon of soil for new container plantings, blend 4-8 oz with backfill soil for new trees, follow up with 50-100 lbs per acre annually for row crops/acreage, apply 5 lbs per 1,000 square feet for new lawns, apply 1-2 lbs per 10 square feet for new vegetable gardens & flower beds, add 1 tbsp per hole for new transplants, and lightly mix 1 tbsp per gallon every other month for established container plants during the growing season. Adjust amounts for specific crop needs and soil quality.
