Max Factor Miracle Touch Smoothing Foundation 40 Creamy Ivory (Old Formula)

I am so glad I tried this foundation. I have very pale skin and this is perfect, makes my skin look smooth and even, not at all orange. I would recommend using with a primer to ensure it lasts all day and a powder to finish. Coverage can be built up to a level you want. As good as premium brands.

I don't know what this is but it's not Miracle Touch.I've been using this for years and it's a solid foundation.This is a thin liquid and so it's not even in an appropriate package.It spilled all over the place when I unscrewed the top.Not possible to open it without it spilling.I doubt Max Factor would present it like this

This is my go to foundation since it first came out. I would say it has a medium coverage (so covers up most darkness areas on your face but you will need to use some concealer). It's easy to use , doesn't make you look cakey and even comes with its own sponge which is handy for when you are out and about and don't want to take a foundation brush or beauty blender with you. I have naturally quite oily skin and this works well for me with a bit of compressed powder in my t-zone , nose and chin.

The product goes on smooth, but it has this smell to it at first. I applied using the sponge applicator it comes with, and it gave decent coverage. It was easy to build coverage, too. However, for the best application I did end up using a makeup brush to smooth it all out. Normally I like to use my foundation as a quick primer for eyeshadow, but this one didn't quite work for that. Throughout the day nothing settled in my laugh lines, which I only just started to notice I had thanks to my old foundation! I don't mind having some wrinkles as I age, but I do mind when my makeup decides that is the only place to be. I liked the coverage each layer gave me. 1 layer evened out my tone and blemishes moderately and brightened up my face some. 2nd layer fixed up some under eye darkness and evened out a few red patches I had from getting over a fever. I did a 3rd layer under my eyes, which brought an extra brightness to them which was nice after being sick! The description says you don't need to set with powder, but I couldn't get it to stay on my nose any length of time without using a powder to set. My nose does get oily.

This is one of my favourite foundations of all time.The product is so smooth and creamy, and the colour matches me perfectly.The foundation doesn't need priming, I do however, use a setting powder because I prefer a matte finish, but it could easily be worn without.The product lasts all day, it doesn't cake or clog pores!There isn't very much product in there, but don't let that put you off, with this product a little goes a really long way.There is also a sponge in the lid, which is great for blending (it's a good quality sponge), but I also apply this as a concealer as well, using my concealer brush and then blending with my finger.SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT! I reccomend!

This product is good and smooth, but to the touch it is rather sticky and rough... so your face feels a bit heavy with it, even though I only put on a little bit! And sadly it was a bit orangy/tanned, so it looked strange against my paler neck. Have not used it since, wish I could return it. Good points though is that it covers any dry skin, it makes your skin look healthy and smooth. Just not suitable for me I guess, I must be too pale!

I have used this foundation for about a year now and this is my first time buying from Amazon. Arrived quickly. I don't like to used a heavy foundation and usually stick to a BB cream but this is nice and light and gives a good coverage... My friend are always surprised when I tell them I'm wearing makeup as it's a very natural colour for me. I use this just for everyday wear and love it!!

There was a fault with this product that I don’t believe originated with the vendor.The preparation I received was “runny” causing it to spread all over the place when I opened the pot. I’ve purchased this product many times before from the supermarket and so I know that it should be solid. It was also quite drying in comparison to the same product that I’ve previously used and an application didn’t last the whole day like it usually does.(The vendor gave me a refund very easily).
