Finally found something that gives me a restful night’s sleep….I take one at dinner time and shortly after starting these capsules I noticed a real difference ie not needing to get up during the night and at the very least not needing to get up until nearly normal wake-up time. So happy I found this product and it has made a real difference, yes it’s a bit pricey but, definitely worth it. I’ve heard it said that it can take up to 6 weeks to be effective for some people however, not in my experience as it worked very quickly and continues to work well 5 weeks on….. Tried this for some 12 weeks. Had no effect on my many nightime bath room visits. However since finishing with these I have been trying a reduction on the amount of caffeine I drink(coffee/cola etc). This works, night bathroom visits are much reduced. Note: caffeine reduction needs to be done gradually as sudden withdrawal can be unpleasant.
