Bought this for a fancy dress costume (Doc Brown, Back to the Future if you must know) as a quick and cheap alternative to a cotton boiler suit. It's made from that papery-looking stuff that looks a little bit like a tea bag. It's not fully opaque, so if it matters that you can see your clothes through it, wear something white.I'm 5'8" with a 34" waist and the large size fitted OK, but was slightly tighter than I expected, especially when bending down or squatting I had to be aware and pull it up to give me the mobility. The zipper on the front worked fine and had a flap to cover it. If you were using this for DIY it would keep your clothes clean and protected from light splatters, but anything more heavy duty would probably pass through the paper tea-bag material.

Whilst disposable, these suits are ok for wearing several times.I now have a small stock of them.

Did what was needed.
Used it to go into a dirty loft to tidy out, but purchased wrong size. However, dDd what it needed to do, keep dust, dirt and any creatures off me.
