As soon this was out, the ball was ripping apart, it’s not a scratching place. It’s a flipping abandoned piece of crap. It’s so easy to mess up. I actually want my money back. Once I got it, the mouse was ALREADY broken. Don’t buy it for your cat. He doesn’t play with it anymore. Have to get a new one now that’s more sturdy and firm that can actually fit his needs. This is my sweet little cat that fully hates the scratch tower that was damaged. Make sure to check the reviews before you buy it. This is messed up.

what can I say, only had this for 4 weeks, I only got a kitten not a tiger, this thing is coming unstuck everywhere, I would expect this to last a good few months not just 1, poor workmanship has gone into this, waiting to see if I can get my money back, avoid this item.

The old adage you get what you pay for rings true for this item, on opening the box found one of the mouse heads had come off the post I flicked the remaining one and it fell off.I really can't be bothered to send it back to much hassle.The string wrap does not look like it will last many rounds with my boxing ginger cat.Spend more and you should be ok.

My 14 yr old cat destroyed in less than an HOUR. First photo shows him and the scratcher 2 weeks after we bought it. He can no longer use it. The other two are from the first day. He destroyed it the first hour he had it and he did't even try. As you can see, kitty isn't a thug. Average size at 4.6 kgs. Its very light weight and keeps falling on him. Don't be fooled by the cheap cost. You get what you pay for, which is rubbish.

This product is extremely shoddy and very poorly made. It started falling apart after about two weeks and all the string on the base came loose. Very dangerous as it could have really hurt one of my cats had the loose string bit wrapped around her neck. Absolute garbage!

I bought this item and was pleased with it.so i purchased another for my mum using the Buy again option.the original one arrived in a box.the second one came just in a plastic bag even though id bought the same item from the same seller.tbe second one was assembled and almost instantly the 3 mice attached to it came off in my hands and the ball on the string came off too. Cant understand why 2 identical products from the same seller could be so vastly different. Very dissapointing

Easy to assemble but middle pole is too short to give the cat any stretch for a decent scratch. The mice toys are cute but soon fell apart after a few plays.
