It's fairly easy to setup, the wooden poles come on two halves and are joined by a bit of plastic. The poles themselves feel a little cheap and have a rough finish and the plastic that joins them doesn't feel particularly tough but it seems sturdy when all set up. The material for the teepee feels good quality though and feels strong so that's good.There is NO mattress however, despite it saying in the title it's not listed on the instructions for the teepee parts.It's a tad expensive for what it is but poles should be replaceable with any old wooden ones if they do break and the material is the saving grace for the teepee.It even withstands the little one putting all his weight on the outside looking through the little window.
