This product does not meet any standard of quality. the software does not download correctly. either from disc (Supplied) or from addresses supplied on internet. select any and I get directed to a holiday home site which I have no interest in.

The wire could do with some metal to make it more stiff, not wobbly. I find it hard to get the wire to trail along as the wire likes to curve around itself with it being so flexible. The picture is great considering its size but don't expect anything mind blowing with a camera so small. The LEDs are bright enough for what its being used for. I wish I had bought the bigger cable rather than the 2M one. I haven't tried the 'waterproofness' if thats a word yet.Note it works on MacBook pro without installing anything, not tried to have it work on an iPhone but both of these are not officially supported. I didn't need to use the disc ( MacBook pros have no disc reader anymore ) but there is a QR code to download if need be but I believe thats only for windows. Should really include a link rather than QR due to my windows computer not having any form of camera on it

I bought this endoscope in a last ditch attempt to retrieve a lost wedding ring from the inside of a University shower wall, and it worked! The attachments are kind of fiddly to attach (I had to tape the hook attachment on because I couldn't figure out how to put it on and it wasn't very clear) and the camera is hard to control in a significantly deep space, but it does a great job!

I bought this to look down the drain outside my kitchen window. I set it up on my phone and only to discover the picture is bad, so bad! But I thought it would be OK to just let me see what the blockage was, no, I put it into the drain and it immediately fogged up, this is not waterproof! Think I'd have more luck with a cardboard periscope! Waste of time. I returned the product.

Bought as a gift for family member (engineer) who then spent most of xmas afternoon playing with it! Great performance, fantastic value for money, plugged into phone and it just worked. Excellent choice for those of us who only need something like this occasionally and can't justify the high price tag of a professional one!

Quality is rubbish. Also app is buggy. App jas crazy settings when switched on, always have change settings. Also app ask for uldate, but when I'm trying to update the app I can't because there's nothing in Playstore

was pretty excited about this but the USB part on it keeps loseing contact with my tablet so bring sit down to skill on useing it without it disconnecting haha. hopefully the problem im having with mine is a 1 off thing

Thought I'd take a punt at it due to the price, seems it was as expected. Wouldn't connect on 2 x Samsung S7's, an older S6 or S5. Wouldn't work on my PC or 2 laptops.Used their software initially, then third party software but nothing.Connecting via USB gives you the USB ding but then throws and error saying that it's not recognised.Will be returning.
