We opened it up in the garage and let it air out like it suggests in their manual. Waited about 24 hours and came back to see it definitely does go to 6 inches. It’s a medium soft mattress and perfect for our 6 year old son for his bunk bed. He told us it’s very comfortable. Also there was no scent. It’s probably because we aired it out in the garage before using. Would definitely recommend it. Great price too!

I lay in bed too much now because it is so comfortable

Bought this for my 13 yr old son who was sleeping on a cheap spring mattress that has seen better days. It expanded fast and he has been really happy with it, says it's very comfortable. We aren't concerned with it lasting the 10 years the warranty is good for, but it seems to be good quality for the cost. We'll be replacing his older brother's in the next few months with this same mattress. Doesn't add a ton of weight to the bunk bed, and has drastically cut down on complaints of the bed wiggling when the younger one moves.

I’ve had this mattress for 5 months now. It is my first memory foam mattress and in the beginning, I absolutely loved it. Great delivery experince. The mattress expanded very quickly. I love that I can’t feel the weight or pressure of my body when I am laying down. I noticed a decrease in back pain and leg cramps. It is a very supportive mattress. The down side of the mattress is how firm it is. I regret getting a medium firm mattress. I thought that it would soften over time but unfortunately, it remains very stiff and firm. Sometimes it’s hard to fall asleep because it feels hard like a rock. The good thing is once I fall asleep, I usually stay asleep. Overall it was an upgrade from my old spring mattress, but I may invest in a mattress topper for a softer experience.

My first night sleep on this mattress after switching out my old 15 year old one was a bit strange because I wasn’t used to it, but when I woke up I could have not felt more refreshed and glad I didn’t have to strategize how to sleep like my old one lol. You don’t know when you have a bad mattress til you try a new one and honestly this is THE BEST bang for the buck. This mattress punches above its weight class. I decided to purchase it when I saw the “my husband sleeps on this one more than our $800 mattress” review. And let me tell you, she was NOT lying! This has been my fifth night sleeping in it and I love this bamboo mattress so much! I recommend you try this before spending $600+ on a different one!

Comfortable and works well.

I have waited a bit to post my review so I can give an honest opinion so here goes … I ordered the Twin size for my son, it is definitely good quality and medium firm. My son is sleeping comfortably in this mattress. It has actually expanded fully within the two hours. The top layer of the bed is so nice and squishy that you don't even take notice that there's hard foam in the base layers. This mattress is perfect, there are no odors at all and no defects. My son love this mattress so much and he is happy with his new mattress.

Wait for a few weeks after the package delivered to make sure we can test it out before I review this memory foam. The package arrived great, no damage, easy to take it out, cut open and let it sit for a day to fully size without any smell.It’s pretty firm but the foam will adjust to your body curves. My kids very comfortable and happy to sleep on it and play with it as well.I would recommend this product to any family or friends. Thanks.
