Great protection and looks great
Easy to install, but is better with two people. Looks great and level with truck sides. Extremely water resistant, and very easy to adjust to fit your loaded items. Gas saver as well.

Great functionality at a great price!
I bought this this tonneau cover after doing much research. I decided that a tonneau cover that allowed me to partition the bed would work best. This bed cover does everything I want. I can use as much or as little of the bed as I'd like. Installation was easy and the instruction manual kept things very straight forward. I watched several videos on the installation prior to my purchase.Positives:- relatively easy installation- allows me to utilize all of the bed when open.- ability to lock with the tailgate- sleek design that sits flat- appears to be solid and sturdy- price (relatively mid-range)Negatives:So far I don't have any complaints. The one minut issue I have found is that it's not completely water tight. However, this is not really a problem for me. I did not expect it to keep out 100% of the rain. We had several days off heavy rain and there was a little water that trickled in near the corners but everything that I store in the bed is completely dry. This has easily been one of my best purchases from Amazon.

Awesome cover! Love it
After I got a few quotes for a camper shell for my truck that would cost about as much as some used cars, I opted to buy a cover like this instead. I actually ordered the Gator brand FX first directly from the Gator website. I received a previous customers incomplete and busted return. So it took a while to return it and the company itself is pretty hard to work with. I’m pretty sure Bakflip and Gator are the same company, if you look at the websites they look identical. Because of the difficulty working with the company I decided to purchase from Amazon who will take any return back if you have a problem. Went with the bakflip so I could close the tailgate without opening the last panel, other than that they are pretty much identical to the Gators. I got a good new one in a nice box and it installed really easy and quick. You’re going to need a friend to hold the top of the bolt that connects the cover to the rails so you can push from underneath and tighten the star knobs. I don’t expect it to be waterproof, some water will surely leak in but the drain tubes went in really easy (zip tie the top section that connects to the rails!) and seem to work. Stick a little piece of the foam bulkhead stripping on the ends of the rail gutters at the tailgate end to keep water from dumping out that side. I don’t see why they left one side open like that. If you have a lot of pine straw and leaves then these gutters will probably need to be cleaned somewhat regularly. The whole cover could be another inch long to have better overlap at the front and tail ends but it works. If they could build in some battery powered motion lights to the underside of the panels would be really cool. I like it a lot but be careful ordering direct from the manufacture site prepare to talk with several people if you have issues.

Easy install
I watched videos to clear up install instructions that weren’t clear to me on the instructions that came with the package. I installed the gutter hoses without the plugs I pulled out of the truck bed. I had water leaks through the holes. You do need to drill holes in the plugs (carefully as this is so dangerous that I made my husband do this part) and feed the gutter hoses through then put the plugs back in. Directions say it’s optional but I prefer things to stay dry. Other than that, installing is very easy for me, the truck bed is secure when the tail gate is locked and it looks really nice.

Pricey but good!
Good quality. Easy to install - about 45 mins with a couple little re-dos. eTrailer has install videos. Knowing the size of the bed I guessed the size of the box it's shipped in. But was surprised to see how large due to thick foam injection packing. So it's well packed. And for good reason: the panel's outer layer is fairly thin aluminum that will damage with not a lot of impact. Mine had a minor scratch inside. Were it outside instead I might have returned it. Thankfully not due to packing. Overall I'm really happy with it. Especially after previously having a canvas/velcro roll-up tonneau on my F150. Now that I know how much more solid, secure, usable and water-resistant this hard panel flip design it's, I'm hooked. Highly recommended!

Good quality & fit for 2018 Chevy Colorado
Purchased and installed both the BakFlip G2 cover and the BakBox2. It took a little over three hours to install both by myself. The BakFlip replaced a modestly priced brand x which was certified to fit but turned out to only “kinda fit”: Promptly returned brand x and bought the BakFlip. The superior quality and fit were immediately noticeable. Nice rubber seals all around the tonneau cover where it contacts the truck rails and tailgate. Looks great, and only the next car wash or hard downpour will determine its weather resistance. The only issue I had was the elevator bolts that secure the cover to the front of the rails were a tad bit short to engage the threads on the Star Knobs when the included lock washers were added. So far, it seems to be holding fine with just the rubber and steel washers. The star knobs do pull the bracket up some, so my guess is once that bracket settles into its current position, I will be able to add the lock washers as well.My Colorado replaced my aging Avalanche, which had had two large side compartments to hold bulky, dirty accessories (receiver hitch, booster cables, tied owns & buggies, and more). The Colorado only had a shallow compartment under the rear seats, which didn’t hold much. The BakBox solves this issue nicely, and if emptied, can even be flipped back completely under the BakFlip cover to make more room for large items that require more cargo space.

Very well made an fairly easy to install.
The cover is very well made and the instructions are pretty easy to follow. I installed it by myself, there were a couple of steps where an extra hand would have been nice but it is doable alone. The rails and hardware are all very sturdy, I expect I will get a lot of years of use out of it.

Great purchase
Found this tonneau cover a great purchase although a little pricey. I had it professionally installed and was billed for 1.5 hours, so I have no comment on ease of the installation. It is a perfect fit for my 2016 Chevy Colorado short box and the hard cover appears to be very durable. It was just installed so I have no long term experience with it. I did put it through a high pressure car wash and some spray did enter but nothing that concerned me. The best feature is the ease of operation and knowing my contents in the rear are safe.At this point I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Looks Great
Easy to install, but the finish at the tail gate is sub par. Sharpe edges and water will get in easily

Truck tonneau cover.
The tonneau wasn’t too bad to install. Took maybe an hour because we had to make some adjustments in order for it to cover the entire box. The weather stripping could be made of a more durable material such as a closed foam instead of an open foam and the adhesive could be more stronger. When making the adjustment after finding the cover was a wee bit too short in the initial position the stripping did not adhere again very well. Ended up purchasing some new stuff which I hope works. Overall quite happy with the purchase and recommend the BAK brand though possibly a bit more research could go into the overall design but that might be tough to do with the different truck brands and bed dimensions to provide an exact fit.

Little pricey for only 3 panels and leaks more than it should
Leaks more than an older version I have on my other truck
