Yes, the head is hollow and you can fill it with whatever you wish. You will, however, have to block up the base to stop the contents falling out.

Will not hold glasses. The ears are not designed well for that purpose.

Does the bottom have a lid on it so I can put lights battery powered lights in and move around? I want it for my van see

Base is open, circular, about 8.5 cm in diameter. You would either need to move battery and bulb and glass head separately or use few spots of glue to attach a base to the glass head.
