Are these 2 or 3 a day? Those on the official Zita West page are 2 but these are 3?

Hello Vicki. I'm sorry about the confusion here. The latest formulation of Vitafem contains 2 capsules a day. We improved the formulation and reduced the number of capsules back in Spring last year following customer feedback asking for the number of capsules to be reduced if we could. I've just checked on Amazon and the information there (where Amazon are selling it themselves) appears to be correct (2 a day) but maybe you are looking at another reseller who is selling older stock still? If you do go ahead and buy the product please check what the instructions say on the bottle and follow these. It would be helpful to know where the old product/details are still being shown. Why are these in plastic bottles? Aren’t they supposed to be in glass bottles?

Probably to save costa, you’d need darkened glass jar which needs to be wrapped more carefully to avoid breaking

Are the vitamin and minerals in the most absorbable forms not synthetic. For example in methyl form? Thanks

Hello Vicki. Most of the ingredients in Vitafem are not naturally derived, unless there is a strong cost/benefit case for using ones that are. The source of the Folate in the supplement (Quaterfolic) is methylated and the sources we use for our Vitamin D, B2, Lutein, CoQ10 and Beta carotene are also naturally derived. I hope this helps. Why is this a lot cheaper than the ones on the website? Is this real?

I stopped buying this from Amazon as I didn’t trust it was genuine. That might just be me being paranoid! I buy directly from zita west now.
