Bought as a gift and the person loves it.

Mug was of very poor quality, print was wonky and smudged but had no choice but to keep it as it was for a birthday present and no time to get something different

Could hear as soon as the postwoman handed me the box the mug was broken. Was only packed with a few packing peanuts. Now I can’t exchange I have to get a return which you have to have a printer for, and travel to a Hermes drop off point. Not happy at all as it was a birthday present I was looking forward to giving and now I’m worried to order again incase the same thing happens. I’d give a 0 review but Amazon won’t let me.
