I am reviewing this white table cloth based on one exactly the same that I purchased 2 years ago, which is still going strong. However, throwing another table cloth away, I needed a second one to cover for washing. For me re-purchasing this table cloth was a no-brainer.This is a lovely white damask style table cloth and it will give elegance to any table. It looks very expensive for the money.No, it is not a cotton table cloth, it is 100% polyester. It does not feel like plastic, nor does it look like plastic. It does have a little "sheen" only on parts of it, but that is where the damask pattern is woven in. The sheen is unoffending and for the most part will be covered by place mats, coasters, crockery, etc.The edges are scalloped, not hemmed, but they are well finished and they do not fray during use or washing.The table cloth is not thin or see-through. We have a table protector underneath, but even if we didn't, you wouldn't be able to see the dark wood table through it.We use this table cloth nearly all the time even though we have a number of 100% cotton table cloths as this table cloth is more practical.The advantages of this table cloth are:-- the damask pattern looks clean and fresh and pleasing to the eye- it washes well.- it appears to be stain resistant to spillages that would ordinarily ruin a 100% cotton table cloth. No harsh cleaners or chemicals are required, the stains just disappear in the wash - it dries extremely quickly.- it is easy-care and requires no ironing.There really is nothing not to like about this table cloth. For the money you can't go far wrong.

Bought on behalf of a friend for an upcoming birthday, she was impressed by the quality of the materials and she loved the design. Cannot comment on whether it's easy to clean or stain resistant as it has not yet been used but very happy with the product overall.

Lovely cloth and reasonable quality, but in reality the colour of the table cloth is much more pinky than in the photograph. I will keep as a spare and order another colour.

I am really pleased with this. First of all, it is long enough for my 7 foot table and, secondly, it's beautiful. I asked my husband, who always underestimates the value of things, how much he thought it cost and he said, £30.00! One reviewer said it looked shiny and cheap. I totally disagree. It does have a sheen, which I find makes it look more luxurious and definitely not cheap, and the scalloped edge is pretty. I realise it's a matter of personal preference, but I should point out how inexpensive this cloth actually is. There are many other, heavier, matt, far more expensive cloths on the market if that is what you are looking for, but this one is super value and I know from experience that this type of lightweight fabric resists stains, washes well and needs little or no ironing. Mine was creased straight out of the packaging where it had been folded, but the creases melted away with a quick blast of my steam iron. Very happy customer.

Great quality, colour and size

Beautiful tablecloth at a very good price. Arrived quickly and well packaged.One star deducted due to the edging being a little "snaggy", had to cut of lots of loose hanging threads.Can't see it lasting very long but will enjoy it in the meantime. It really is very beautiful.Edit, Jan 1st 2016:I bought a second tablecloth, as, when my friend saw mine she gasped, commenting on how gorgeous it is! She assumed it was far more expensive than it was/is. (I didn't enlighten her.)As she's going through "tough times" at the moment, I decided to gift her a little something to cheer her up. This beautiful tablecloth fits the bill perfectly.I can't wait to see her face and know she'll love hers as much as I love mine!Oh, and I added an extra star, making this a 5 star review. My friend's reaction made me appreciate my own tablecloth even more than I already had.

This came next day on Xmas eve which was great. Looks nice. Quite thin and edges are a bit rough and will probably fray when washed but cheap enough to just chuck away afterwards.

erano anni che la cercavo, ne ho una di un altro colore, quindi già uso da anni questo tipo di tovaglia. È praticissima, qualunque macchia va via, si asciuga in pochi minuti e non si stira. È bella, molto bella.

El mantel es muy bonito, queda perfecto en la mesa. Lo compré para regalo y gustó mucho. Quiero comprar uno para mí.
