I personally received a quality PC pre-build tower. I have been running Fortnite and other games like Halo Infinite on my setup and have personally experienced little to no stutters throughout all of my gameplay. A few reviews mentioned receiving faulty towers, but if you're reading this, please consider buying this PC! I have nothing but great things to say about this product and found that truly the hardest part with my PC was the setup and properly connecting my HDMI cord (my Display Port cable didn't work with my monitor) but once I got past that I have enjoyed every second of owning a PC. Thank you SkyTech for coming through the way you did this Christmas season!

This has been a great computer so far for my son. He is starting to explore gaming and coding and I am happy he has a machine that is capable of keeping up with the demands of the games he is exploring. I did end up getting a bad power cord with the computer, however, I contacted Skytech and they were super helpful and easy to work with to get a replacement. The replacement cord arrived quickly and my son has been happily gaming since. Based on the quality customer support I am happy to be a Skytech customer now and in the future.

Still using this pc after a number of years. No upgrades needed yet. Performs how I need it and plays all the hit games. Only problem is not a lot of storage but easily fix with an added storage unit.

I use this as my daily driver. Normally I would only use one I built myself, but this one impressed us. It's well-built, and the customer support was fantastic.

I like that it comes full protected with mostly every piece of the pc with protection, it comes “plug and play”you don’t need to worry to build it yourself, I get about 300+ fps in valorant on low, Fortnite 300+ fps on low, Minecraft Java vanilla all maxed out on graphics 700+ fps, Rainbow six siege 250+ fps on low so if you want the competitive advantage on fps games by setting all to low this is the right pc to start gaming, I bought it on prime day so for me it was 700 Dlls total and I think it’s worth it for the time being, also you can upgrade it. Also you don’t need to worry about stutters in your games because the specs are pretty good for 60+ fps In mostly all games, the only thing that I don’t like is that the fans make so much noise, but other than that everything is ok!

So have had this for afew months now and the lights have already started to bug out so I keep them off. Unable to put it I to sleep mode and continue using as the lights completely bug out and flash like crazy after starting from sleep. Today I got a 2nd ssd nvme card to expand the little memory it had only to find that the slot doesn't have a screw so I have to order one off Amazon to install the new ssd card. Really hoping it fits with the video card installed as it seems to be a tight fit will update late. Truly sad part is that for the same price I could have gotten the same build with an i5 13th gen if I had waited 2 weeks. Update: Got the new m.2 ssd installed and formatted, still working on fixing the lighting issue but all is well. Would definitely recommend to newer gamers as a plug and play computer or just those that don't want to build their own and can't fork out over 1000. Would definitely look through all their products and sales before buying again as I missed a better build they offer for pretty much the same price.

Works amazing so far and its super quiet and does an amazing job keeping the gpu and cpu cool averaging 50-60c. Really a game changer!!

I bench tested this computer and it registered in the high 90%, in it's class, in every category There's your proof. I am very happy with my purchase.

Would not connect to monitor via HDMI or Display point from the motherboard or the graphics card. Back the junk goes to Amazon for a refund. Never again. Addendum: I did more research after I sent the computer back to Amazon. I found a webpage on Skytech Gaming website. It's contains information on what to do if you encounter trouble connecting a monitor to your new computer. It involves removing parts of the computer and inspecting them for issues and then reinserting the components. I think it is ridiculous. Why not just ship the computers out without issues? That's what other companies do. For example I ended up buying a Lenovo Legion computer from Best Buy. And I had no issues connecting a monitor to that PC. This is an issue of Skytech Gaming not Amazon, but unfortunately Amazon sold the product to me so they had the responsibility of handling the return.
