Great product
I bought these Rennet tablets for my homemade cheese. I found them to work extremely well, dissolving really easily and are easy to break/cut into quarters and eights pieces as required by the various recipes.

Makes great cheese
I was upset when my regular vegetarian rennet was no longer available, but I think this one is even better. Easy to use and makes delicious feta cheese - great texture.

It's really good to make Mexican cheese
Fresh Mexican cheese is something I really miss, I used this rennet and I was so happy with the results. I only need a little but when I go through it all, I'll definitely buy some more.

Great rennet that will last us ages.
No flavour profile at all - excellent. The package supplied will last forever, as an eighth of a tablet will reliably curdle a 2 litre container if milk within seconds. Super easy to use - just heat up the milk to 32-35 degrees Celsius. Tried with several types of cheese already.

Have tried a couple of times now - these tablets have no effect. I used powdered rennet previously which was great. Suggest you look elsewhere for effective rennet.

For Mozzarella making
