This has made a very positive difference to my health and wellbeing. The test kit is easy to use, detailed clear instructions, and very efficient result processing. Comprehensive 29 page report detailing so many food tolerance sensitivities (and vitamins etc). I have already acted on the high sensitivities listed and already feeling so much better - some of the areas I had already suspected as being an issue and this confirmed. The report is very well written, explaining all the areas tested and easy to understand and act on. A very structured process of elimination and confirmation testing is also given. This is a scam everyone! I’m reporting them to a Trading Standards Officer for false advertising. The actual test they end up doing is some new age nonsense involving ‘bio resonance testing’. Easy to read and understand results after the time it took to review them. Still dubious though as it showed no intolerance to something that I ALWAYS react to that isn’t an allergen.

It tells you pretty much nothing and doesn’t give you any real information as to if you’re sensitive to things that can possibly be an allergy. It said I was sensitive to corn and apples which I eat all the time and I have zero reactions to either. It was easy to do came back super quick but it is NOT WORTH $60 at all and I definitely will be fighting to get some sort of refund as I do not think this test is accurate at all and definitely a waste of money.

Worked well, very straightforward. (Much better experience than with another company - that one was dismal [and costly! - got nothing 'cause they lost the sample and said it was my fault!, out $100+]).

Unfortunately… this thing is beyond accurate. I decided to test because I have been having insane bloating and headaches and fatigue. I already have Hashimotos autoimmune disease, so I was about 90% sure my issue was a gluten and dairy intolerance since it’s so common with hashimotos. However I decided to test just to make sure I wasn’t cutting it all out for no reason. Sure enough, gluten and dairy are high reactivity. I already knew grass and shrimp were allergies for me, but I didn’t put this in as known allergies when submitting my test because I was skeptical about the accuracy. It picked up on those and even described the reactions I could have to each item I showed reactivity to. I definitely recommend this test. It’s also way cheaper than the bigger brands.

Was skeptical to buy this because reviews and took a chance. My sample was lost in the mail and I got scared because the reviews. I emailed customer service on the website. Got a response within 24 hours, sent in another sample with my code they expedited it and processed it as a priority. I have struggled a while and felt something was intolerant, there’s hundreds of results on this test. Many things I wouldn’t encounter but one specific thing rated high was garlic. It does make sense and is a clear explanation. I’m going to try and track the foods and see if it helps my issues
