Fantastic machine, so easy to use
Fantastic machine, so easy to use, does a great job and takes a couple of minutes to thoroughly clean out. I used to have an upright carpet cleaner and the design meant dirt got stuck in places that were impossible to clean, with this there is no chance of that. Best carpet cleaner you could possibly own! :)

if you buy dedicated machine it will do a far better job than a dual-purpose device
Superb machine which does a really professional job. The carpet will be just damp when cleaned and will be dry in few hours in a heated room. As always, if you buy dedicated machine it will do a far better job than a dual-purpose device. Fine with any spray extraction liquid detergent.

Chairs returned to their original color again.
De machine works fine, and as it got delivered with 2 tablets only, I was eager to start straight away. So I did not wait for more tablets to arrive so I did the chairs with hemp oil soft soap and a finishing rinse with diluted vinegar. Worked just as fine for fabric. Took me 4 hours for 10 chairs, 3 times per chair (pre rinse + soaking enzymes, rinse with soap final rinse). Worth the hard work but did not bother me at all as the sun was shining.I did however do the work on the veranda on a big tarpaulin which was needed as the Kärcher Puzzi sprays more water then it can absorb, if you have both buttons on. Huge amounts of water were spilled. Will do it differently when doing the inside of the car, will only spray a little and then shut down the spray button as I do not want several liters on the floor.

Absolute crap don’t waste your money or use this seller
Do not buy this item or anything from this seller, purchased the product 6 months ago it broke within 3 months hardly any use, has been in a repair shop for the last 3 months because kürcher don’t have the parts to fix it, I have been refused a replacement and a refund. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been completely ripped off
