BABY born Winter Edition Doll

When I gave her the doll she seemed delighted.everything worked,and all the bits and pieces were fine.My daughter says she plays with her a lot so I assume all ok.would I buy another one,no reason not to.

I bought this doll for my daughter for Christmas. I expected that it was quite interactive. It is not! I think for the amount it cost, it does very little compared to a non branded named doll. It states it has eight functions. These functions you need quite a bit of strength to operate and it does not explain this when buying the doll. Pressing accurately on the tummy button to operate the doll weeing, squeezing the bottle to put water into it, it does not actually suck the bottle itself, nor does it make any noise, you have to constantly squeeze on the right arm to get the doll to produce water from its eyes. Closing opening-eyes, this is just when you put the doll into the sleeping position. It is impossible for my daughter to operate the doll by herself, as you do need quite a bit of stength and as it does not react by sucking, crying, I do not feel it is actually interactive because you have to do most of the work yourself, unless you buy all the expensive toys that go with it. I have not tried feeding the doll yet but do not see how that will work, as it does not move its mouth-suck. At a cost of £54, I really do not feel it is worth it at all.

I think any little girl would love to have Baby Born Wintwer edition with her little ear muffs. to go with her I have brought her scooter.

I ordered two of these for my two daughter's Christmas presents. They arrived in a flimsy box which had been squashed, and the packaging on one of the dolls damaged, with the plastic 'window' broken. I reported this - and asked for either a small payment - so that I could purchase some plastic and repair the damage myself, or for some actual plastic to be sent to me. I was advised that I needed to return the whole thing and another would be sent to me. As Christmas is drawing nearer, I was loathe to return, being concerned that I would not get another in time. Also - these dolls are in short supply, and again could not risk not getting a replacement. I could not take the risk of - on Christmas day - one daughter having a doll - and one not. Very disappointed.

Been played and played with by grand daughter. Excellent!

beautiful gorgeous doll - almost wanted to leave it in the box! Real shame they are so expensive though - had to save up to get one :(
