Hi. Can this barbie doll wear clothing that other barbie dolls can wear?

Yes. My kids have lots of different Barbies and clothes, and the only ones she can't wear are the Barbie Collector Baasics (which are too skinny). All the rest fit fine.

Can her hair be styled differently?

Her hair can be styled, but if you are planning on using heat (such as a boil perm), then I would suggest proceeding with extreme caution, because some of the Made to Move Barbies have an oily glue inside their heads that will leach out into the hair if it gets hot. I have heard that the brown haired M2M Barbie is less likely to have glue in her head, but unfortunately mine is one of the ones that has it. If all you want to do is braid it or put it in a ponytail, then you should be fine. For anything involving heat, I'd strongly suggest carefully taking the head off first and shining a flashlight inside to see if you spot any of the glue (it will be a pale yellow, and if you squeeze her head it might feel harder than an average hollow Barbie head on top). If you see glue in there, do NOT use heat to style her hair or you risk the glue melting into it and ruining her hair altogether!

What makes this doll so much more expensive than the other moveable barbies this doll is $47 the other one is $16?

if you pay more then $15 for any made to move barbie you are getting ripped off
