I have personalty been saved many times thanks to other reviews so hope this helps you.This product is fulfilled by Amazon so its a safe buy. I decided not to send mine back as it really was a simple modification to make it work. It must be said the Amazon sales and return policy is amazing, but dumping parcels on neighbours, come on Amazon that's got to stop now!In short, the product is a bad design, we're not feeding posh dogs with etiquette, we're feeding animals so what ever we put down must be sturdy. In my house a tin of sardines engages the wild animal and she polishes the bowl. The eating and polishing is great until the bowl is empty as the adjoining water bowl spills all over the floor to the dogs delight ! The bowl system is crippled under the force of the dog eating and splashing water everywhere. This product should be sold with a mop.After consideration of the other options available this was still the best design idea, it just needed a really simple modification. I have included some pictures and as you will see it is just a wooden section with a cut underneath that forces the legs away from each other (right to left) so the connection joints between the legs and top can't move. I've tested with a tin of sardines which is my dogs favourite and works without spills.In addition the product comes in standard sizing, which is fine but my dog ideally needs a 240mm high frame (if your dog is eating with her head to one side like mine its to high). I went for the larger volume bowl with the 300mm high frame and cut 60mm off the legs and its perfect. The rubber feet just pull off and refit with ease, so if your not accurate with your cuts they will be hidden, legs cut easy with an angle grinder, 5 minute job and yes this will definitely invalidate your warranty.Anyway I now have one happy old dog who got extra sardines during testing of this new solid raised food area and a happy owner who doesn't have to mop the floor after every meal.Hope you found this helpful - pay it forward and click useful please.

Harveys new raised feed and water bowl stand.Quite pleased with this, it seems well made and sturdy, made out of painted or coated steel.The bowls aren't the sturdiest (the new ones do seem a lot thinner then the old ones), but his original food bowl fits happily, so it's just their water bowl that I'm using, will see how well it stands up as we go.Its raised up 30 cm, did look at the 37cm one, but did a test of a treat on 2 boxes that were near enough the same sizes (30 & 37 cms), he seemed easier on the 30cm, as he doesn't have overly long legs for a Labrador.It is supposed to aid his digestion as well as helping me. As it's now raised off of the floor, I will now no longer struggle to have to reach the floor (something that has become somewhat of an extreme sport of late for me sadly)Overall i would say that it's well made, looks like it will last - if the legs are slightly uneven, as mine were on one leg, just grab a plain of pliers and pull out the rubber foot a fraction, that sorted it for me

I've been looking for the perfect dog bowl stand for my collie x retriever and needed one that was solid as he pushes his nose downheavily so the adjustable central stands wouldn't do the job properly. The bowls are big enough,it's the perfect height (think golden retriever, labrador size), it definitely is tidier and helps his digestion and posture when he eats and drinks. Incredibly simple to put together (about 20 seconds) and has rubber stoppers so no floor marks. For the price it's an absolute bargain.

Well made stand, well finished and to good size feeding bowls. Easy to assemble, no tools required.This stand is ideal for medium dogs, but we have greyhounds and this is too small.The size quoted in the product details are the size of the shipping box, not much use when you want to know the actual size of the assembled stand!

I bought the 1600ml version of this double feeder for our 29kg adult german shepherd/husky cross. Actually, I initially bought the 2500ml version first, but that was way too big so I returned it before ordering the 1600ml version (the 2500ml might have been ok if we only fed once per day, or didn't top up the water during the day, but that's not the case). Well made and easy to clean. We stand this on a rubber mat. The dog hasn't knocked the stand over and shows no sign of doing so.Recommended, but choose the correct size for the amount of food you put down.

Had two of the centre upright feeders before and thy rust at the bottom joint last about 3 years. So bought this one should last a lot longer no joint to catch water and drips. But we will see. I got the mid hight and it's fine for our dog and they dont come much taller then a male greyhound. Dead easy to assemble too.

Approaching 15yrs, our Lab began to find eating from her dish on the floor a bit difficult so we gave this raised feeder a go and its just brilliant, especially considering the price. She took a few days to adjust to eating at shoulder height but she's obviously very comfortable with it now and stands with her head up at almost walking height when eating and it just looks so natural and comfortable. An excellent purchase for an older dog.

So so simple to set, fast delivery and item in perfect condition......i have a mini schnuazer who is going through kidney failure, along with this it is believed he has a possible tumour in his throat so he cant bend his neck down to eat or drink properly....this item is really really sturdy. to make it completely comfortable for him i had to shorten the legs very very slightly (1cm per leg) this again was so easy to do and is now perfect for him.....it has made my job as end of life carer for him an awful lot easier....I highly highly recommend this seller and this product....Thank you for this product and for making my life and my babies life a lot easier
