Great device at a fantastic price. What ever your into, whether it be films, tv series or sport, this little gem will have something for you. Being an avid fan of Android and a developer of such software for various mobile devices over the years this was a no brainer purchase. It has all the geeky menus you expect from Android with the added benefit to install any app you like from the store. Just like a tablet but this plugs into your TV. To top it all it comes preloaded with Kodi a great add-on for streaming content from the web. If your heavy into Kodi you can add repositories and get a ton of plugins and add-ons to stream anything you like, such as Films, TV, Sport, Music etc. The best bit is the remote you can control everything from mouse video playback to menus and sub settings, unlike other units I had in the past where the remote would fail to even change the sound, this does it all. If you happen to have an old bluetooth keyboard lying around it will happily talk to this unit no problems. So if your Smart TV is lacking a bit of fun and you want to expand your viewing and entertainment possibilities then you need one of these!

This item came with everything needed pre installed and ran perfectly first time. I have tinkered with the kodi build for my own personal use but am extremely impressed with it. I will be purchasing another box for my daughter and son in law for xmas. I think that is recommendation enough. The small footprint of the box means it is extremely discreet wherever you put it, it has all the connections wifi and bluetooth and works flawlessly...I will review again in a few months time with an update... so far an excellent piece of kit, buy it!

It's OK, you can stream stuff on it and control it with a bluetooth keyboard which is good and it comes with some good apps preloaded. That said, it's really slow, crashes all the time when switching between apps and is frequently unresponsive. On some occasions it says the connection is too slow when streaming which isn't great. The first one I got the HDMI port didn't work, so I had to return it which was a major pain and doesn't exactly fill me with confidence for its longevity.

I bought one of these, was blown away and then bought 4 more (2 as xmas pressies). 2 are working successively as KODI/MBOX Media Streamers, the other I turned into an Android PC - the conversion is easy (maybe 40 mins) and results in a very usable Android PC / Web Terminal by adding: - any old USB or Bluetooth PC keyboard you will want to install "null inpout method - Apedroid" to remove the annoying and now redundant Android virtual keyboard. - an old VGA monitor (will need a HDMI to VGA adapter for about £5) or any HDMI TV - install Android 6 "Marshmallow Launcher - PrimaApp" from the Android PlayStore (KODI is still available as an App or alternate Launcher from Settings/Home) to bring back the stock-android look. - Volume levels aren't great, from the PlayStore "Speaker Boost - Omega Centauri" fixed that. Advise you do this even if just using as a KODI box... - Some apps expect to start in Portrait orientation (which will probably crash the GUI) - installing "Rotation Lock Adaptive - Micgooware" fixes that - make sure that this app starts on boot (enabled) and sets everything to *Landscape*. - Poor wifi signal? My home office is far from the router, I have a pair of TP-Link PowerLine Ethernet Adapters that fix that for £25 that plug into the enternet port.

I bought this to replace my raspberry pi which I use for kodi. I found the pi struggled at times with hd playback. This box makes a big difference. It's quick and copes absolutely fine with hd. For the size of it, it's powerful! The kodi on this box is Jarvis 16.1. It comes preloaded with a lot of addons - perfect if you're just starting out with kodi. It's really straightforward to wipe clean though and start again if you prefer. The remote that comes with the box, to be fair is decent. The only issue is the mouse option is slow to use, and if you want to use it as an android box, you'll find it tricky at times. I'd definitely get a remote mouse app installed. If, like me, your intention is kodi, it's great. Download the auto run application and set kodi to auto start. It takes 48 seconds from turning the machine on to kodi being up and running. Also, download sybu onto your tablet / phone, it lets you control kodi. It's particularly good for when you need a keyboard. The remote works well though with kodi. Only other thing I found was the power on led light was very bright, it really stood out. I just covered it with a bit of black tape. It's bright enough to shine through but is nowhere near as bright. I've recommended this box to friends and family, at this price (£35) it's worth it.

Impressive little unit. I'm sure this is now outdated as I bought it several months ago and forgot to review it, so I'd advise checking for a newer model/better price than I paid, but I find it works really well as a Kodi box and I've been impressed by the build quality (I don't use the supplied remote, though it worked fine for me during set up). I'd definitely be happy buying from the manufacturer/supplier again. I paid my own money and no incentive offered for review, as always with me.

To begin with the box worked perfectly well but within a week it started to fail. Kodi would not open and then when it did none of the add ons would actually play the streams that were showing. I have 2 firesticks with kodi so I am well aware that the cache needs to be cleared on a regular basis and they are both working with no problems, so that rules out any Internet issues that may be effecting the box. All in all what could have been a very good box is unfortunately of no use so have requested a refund, I would have preferred the option of a new box to try and give the seller a second chance but alas that was never offered.

I bought this box from Amazon uk this week and having had a cheap android box previously I was not sure what to expect, as the old box was very 'choppy' playback and exited kodi when fast forwarding etc. Not so with this Droibox. Straight out of the box it has everything loaded I wanted to use. The interface and playback is superb ( and I am fussy). Some movies or tv shows audio is slightly out of sync (depending on source) but this can be corrected in seconds by adjusting audio while the film plays. I have yet to find fault with this box and cannot recommend highly enough. Don't be put off by the low price, kodi etc. On this box are superb!

Es ist für den Verbraucher immer super, wenn man ein Gerät mit einem UK-Netzteil nach Deutschland liefert. Vielen Dank, dass sie meine Zeit verschwendet haben. Was für ein paar Dilettanten....
